Room very very dated, big problem with a lot of ants all over the apartment.

We put a sign on the door fr the room to be cleaned fr two days but the cleaners walked past.we went down to reception to ask and a cleaner was sent up straightwaway

Corridors were a bit shabby. Unfortunately the weather was windy with rain at times and the shutter outside our bedroom rattled and banged during the night. It needed some repair.

Position of property was great. Indoor pool was lovely and the staff very helpful. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony. It was clean and well equipped.

The general look of the apartment could do with some updating and decoration

Location was at the quiet end of Palmanova. It was a short walk to the beach shops and restaurants. We has a superb sea view. The indoor and outdoor pools were very good.

Parking on the street is free but is difficult to find one and to park in the parking areas belong to the apartments you have to pay a daily rate that is not included in the booking.

The location, the apartments where in front of the beach, plenty of nice restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop at 10 min walk, 20 min drive to the city.

The bathroom was horrible, very outdated. Needs proper renovation. It was awful to get a shower there. The kitchen needs renovation. There is a coffee machine next to reception, unfortunately full of mould. This is actually poison. Ants everywhere. Sunlongers needs some cleaning. Overall, the hotel needs some renovation.

very good value for money. Location, nice view, apartment was big enough, kitchen well equipped. Staff was very helpfull and indoor pool was great for our kids in January. Close to the beach, shops... wifi worked well. Parking is charged, but we allways found place around the hotel.

It needs some renovation as paint on doors and walls are falling of. Mattress in the small sleeping room and living room are worn out and should be replaced. a lounge chair on the nice balcony would be a great thing to have. otherwise great and can be recommended.

everything went well. location is very good, view is great, pool is big and indoor pool is also good as it was heated. outdoor pool was not heated and therefore cold. but the sea is a few steps away, so if you want a refreshing swim go to the sea.

Very dated. The rooms and hallway carpets are the same since I stayed in 1993 as a 13 year old I’m now 42 was hoping they had been updated as always enjoyed staying here but this is a big let down.Not all rooms have the same facilities in them some have ovens which I found easier last time when self catering.The sofa beds are that old now that the springs can be felt through the mattress which is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

There was nothing to dislike once my apartment was changed.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had asked for an apartment on a higher level , but was originally allocated one on the ground floor. But the next day i was moved to an apartment on the 2nd floor , with a huge balcony overlooking the sea , the harbour and the beach. The staff were also very helpful with info on bus stops and timetables.
