They'll send you an almost daily message to check in online - pretty annoying after a while. Also apparently you get charged if you use the bins. Never heard of that anywhere before!

Comfortable accommodation and rooms as shown in the pictures. A good affordable place to go skiing, warm rooms and hot shower. Rooms can easily fit two people in the two sofa beds.

Quite small for 6 people , the kettle keeps boiling if u don’t take the plug out, the lid of the kettle fell off a few times while pouring luckily the kids weren’t standing nearby, it says it’s 6 min walk from town but it’s not

What we disliked most was that the apartment was NOT at the place google maps nor booking.com says. So we thought we were at walking proximity from the ski slopes, but it ended up being a bit further (but still doable). There was only 12h parking max available in front of the apartment, so we had to park a bit further. We had the 6 persons apartment, occupied with 3. With 3 people it was sufficient, with 6 maybe small. There is a warm water boiler (100 liters), so if you are here with 6 people, you cannot all have a shower in one evening. Also a (minor) thing was that the organization sends emails about the check- in procedure on almost a daily base. Its good to be clear, but this was too much.. Emails and messages were like 2x A4 format, sending out almost each day.

It was easy to pickup the keys at the hotel reception. There was plenty of free parking available there. The apartment was simple, but quite new! Newly renovated ceiling, windows, bathroom, kitchen and flooring. The shower was amazing! Alot of water pressure for a very nice shower. Also we had nice views on the slopes. It was very nice that the reception / service / help was all very accessible trough whatsapp and fast reply. All in all it was good value for money.

The fact that I needed to go get the keys from a higher elevation hotel to enter the apartments which are located 2 streets above the main square.

The location, the equipment of the apartment and the fact that Jose was ready to drop us off to the apartment location due to bus delayal.

Check in was a nightmare - difficult to find the place and park, no-one spoke English (except on a phone line which was busy); a horrible form to fill in online (wanted to know my nationality, but didn't have a tickbox for English or British or UK or Inglaterra!); and then had to make a E150 deposit online. The apartment was good, but a bit horrid and gloomy to access it through the underground car park.

There were a few bits and pieces in the flat that were about to or falling apart.

The apartment was better than the photos on booking suggested. The apartment was cosy and had the essentials. It was a 5 minute walk to the ski lift.

needed to walk as my bus was leaving before the local busses started. This was not an issue for me, but it may be for elderly people or those with young children.

When we arrived, the accomodation was not what we had paid for. There was a bunk bed for 2 and a sofa bed for 1 . We were 4 adults and two of us with back problems. The bunk bed was in a small corridor and the sofa bed was in a small kitchen room. The sofa bed was small, with broken wooden slats and dirty. There was also a broken toilet roll holder, a very dirty toaster and dirty cushions. The duvets were not proper duvets but wrong sized (bigger) bed covers stuffed inside the duvet covers. We had to stay there for 2 days and 2 nights because they refused to move us to a bigger, better and what we had paid for accomodation. It was highly inconvenient , in the middle of our holiday, to have to repack and move all our luggage and food from one place to another.

The cleaner and maintenance man were most kind and helpful and so was Sara D. at booking.com who tried her best to get for us a decent accomodation, but only managed to get us a 15% reduction on what we had paid, although we are still waiting for it to arrive. After 2 days and 2 nights we were finally moved to a lovely accomodation which was what we should have got on day 1.

The apartment was really small (for a family of 4. The sofa, which was a bed for two also, was really small and not comfortable at all. It was hard trying to sleep there. Furthermore, there were no curtains so the light entered from very early in the morning and there was no possible privacy. On the other hand, the kitchen warehouse was really minimal. There only were 4 plates, 4 forks and for knives. Not even a colander, nor a bowl. It was a really u comfortable apartment, specially when you pay for a family of four. We left two days early as we were really u comfortable and unable to sleep on that hard sofa. And, justo as an idea, but as It is an appartment in the snow, It could have a hair dryer....

Nothing in particular. The apartment met our expectations.

The check in and check out process was very smooth thanks to a great support from Jose. He was doing an extra step to ensure we had the latest road condition info, and explaining whatever we needed help with. The apartment is nice, bright, warm, clean, close to ski lift and great hotels if you desire to go out. It has nice views onto the ski trails and the ski village. Window looked out on a delapidated wall. No views other than that. Some parts of the flooring needed replacing. No hairdryer or hooks to hang wet towels. Table had a piece of trim missing. Coffee machine was one that went on the cooker only made1 cup at a time. Room no was H5 which after a phone call found out it was on the first floor, try and find that. Check in was after 5 but check out was 10am. Only window did not open unless you were really strong and the blind covering it had holes in it. No pictures to add colour to the walls which gave it a cold feel. Would not recommend for the amount paid and even charged 15e per day to park. When given keys was told to leave it tidy and do the washing up

There was no soap to shower with, our apartment was right across the building’s entrance and people were screaming and ringing the door at 6 in the morning. but that wasn’t the worst part. The worst was not being able to shower, the heater was off. when I told the customer service rep she replied to wait another 30 min because the heater took a while to work. it turned out that someone had turned off the heater. the customer service apologized and offered for us to stay a bit longer, but I refused because we had already packed and our things were in the car already. also the parking spaces are tiny and I scratched the car.
