The fridge door was squeaky!

The guy on reception was really friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. He also recommended some restaurants and booked a taxi for us on departure which was very kind. Location is great - easy to walk everywhere. The pool on the roof was a great bonus!

Beds were very short. Bit warm in bedrooms and cold in living room. Only two coffee cups but we stayed with three people

Really nice and clean apartment. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the heart of Seville. The apartment was fresh and clean, comfortable beds, and had all you need.Parking is possible in the building for an additional fee, which is a big advantage in Sevilla.Highly recommended!

It was a large room with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. We stayed for 2 nights. everything was new and clean. We were very pleased.

Reception staff extremely rude, told us to go to another property to check in after a very long drive, which we could not find and had to ask for directions in another hotel. The apartment was very nice except for a dirty sofa that smelt of poo, I can only assume that a family with a small child had previously stayed in the property. We didn't use the sofa as we were out most of the time.

The apartment was spacious and in a perfect location.

The staircase was very steep !

Exceptionally clean and had everything you needed for a few nights stay.

Deposit - when I was booking this apartment I obviously overlooked this information. 200€ which I got refunded 5 days later :/ It was also a bit noisy so if you’re looking for a quiet place, maybe this one isn’t it.

Very centrally located small nice flat. It had everything we needed for a short three days stay.

Terrace was odly placed in second floor, the view was not that great. Bathroom has a weird smell inside so we needed to buy air freshner.

The rooms were spacious, kitchen and living room well sized.

We asked for an extra pillow but this never materialized. The lock on the bathroom was broken and wasn't fixed during our stay. We asked for the safe to be unlocked but this wasn't done during our stay. We asked for some clean towels but was told as we weren't staying for 7 days we weren't allowed any. We were staying for 5 days.

The location was excellent. The facilities were very good. Excellent value for money.

Location, comfortable

I had specifically requested a parking in my reservation when I rented and was told when I arrived that parking was not included and it was extra and there was no place available! I was not pleased as my husband had to park a mile away from the hotel.

The location was great and the apartment was clean.

Parking very tight spaces! Rooms a little plain but we're comfortable. One lift not working but parking one OK.

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, paper towels, so it's hard to clean the kitchen. I think it all costs a few euros and would be much better and more convenient for the guests. Keys are picked up at another location.

I suffered two issue, one is washing machine dry function can not work. Another is room key didn't work at one moment. But hotel solved problems quick.

1. Although the clothes washing machine dry function can not work, hotel can provide me another room to use the good one. I admire this attitude to solve customer's problem immediately. 2. The hotel parking space is good and even better than outside public parking space.

A nice place that served it's purpose for a 2 days stay

Wooden handles in bathrooms are not practical, they get mouldy from all the moisture. The windows have no curtains, so the blinds have to be lowered, even during the day, if you don't want people walking along the internal suspended corridors to see in. A deposit of EUR 200 is required on check-in to cover any damage, which is indeed stated in the small print in the booking conditions. Fortunately, you can pay not only in cash but also by card. However, at check-in, not only was there a question of damage, but the receptionist underlined with a pen that the apartment must be returned cleaned and free of rubbish. As a sign they even left a mop bucket in the living room (?). I came as a guest to relax, not as a cleaning staff. It is only natural for me to leave the apartment as clean and tidy as I found it. This dictate is humiliating and not guest friendly. I understand the landlord's position, but the handling of the deposit should be handled more empathetically so that the guest does not feel uncomfortable.

Modern apartment house, spacious apartment located in a side street near a cosy little square. The street was not very busy, so the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms have comfortable beds. The living room with kitchen, dining room is well equipped. There is not much parking space in the public area, so it is definitely worth booking a parking space in the underground car park. The staff were quick to respond to any queries.

Everything was nice. The restaurants and bars are so close.

The coffee machine in our room didn’t work. Also some small repairs could be made.
