Good location, close to metro/bus, good for my parents who cannot walk a lot. The staff was helpful when my credit card didn't work for the deposit. The refund of deposit was very fast, only after a couple of days. 2 bathrooms/toilets, very convenient for a family

Air conditioning in the main part but not in the bedroom. Okay, while we were there as it was March but may get hot in summer. All night bar across the road may cause some noise pending on the patrons. We had 2 nights with a brief interruption of unhappy patrons leaving.

The apartment was perfect for a few days with all cooking needs and laundry. We walked to town but I believe you could catch a bus. Be aware in apartment 3, you have a raised floor in kitchen and bathroom. Not an issue for us

Having to walk to the office to make deposit, we had a late arrival and had to go out of our way the next day. Wish I could do the deposit and aign the waiver online.

Great location, amazing value for the price - it was a whole apartment just for he two of us. It was quite even when our windows faced out to the street. About a 3 minute walk to the metro station

we were in Barcelona in March and it was a little cold on some days we did not find the air con to be efficient at heating so some additional heating in winter months would be a good idea.

Comfortable and clean apartment. This is a quite area which felt very safe. There is a good selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to a metro station and they are building a tram station near by. Useful bus routes near by as well and near the intersection of 2 main roads. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't in the apartment. I would stay here again.

Check-in process is a waste of time, you have to take into consideration that it is mandatory to pay the secure deposit in the office (which are close, but have limited working hours), even though you pay your booking online.

Location was great, the apartments had everything it needed to have a pleasant stay. Sofa cama is not the best, but it's good for a 3 nights stay. Even though a lot of bars and restaurants are nearby, the apartment is very silent. Metro and bus are nearby and a lot of touristic attractions are walking distance.

The sewer was a bit smelly in the first bathroom and the shower was leaking. We couldnt air it out much.

The check in was easy, good location, secure access and spacious appartment. Well equipped.

I didn't like the fact that in the check-out instructions it said we need to clean our own room. The washing the dishes part is to be expected, but to throw out all the trash etc. I don't think is nessesary, since a cleaning fee is taxed.

The host, the location and the room itself was amazing. It was a no-contact room - basically you input a certain code and the key pops up. Location was splendid - basically as good as it gets.

The service is great. We we we were heartly met, instructed and directed to the apartment. There were all necessary things we might have needed, so the stay was more comfortable than we'd expected. Our time in Barcelona lasted much better because of the facilities.

Some man (I suppose handyman) just bumpt into our apartmant one morning. He had his own key card. Did not ring the bell, je just opened the door and bumped in while we were still in pijamas.

Location is perfect. Apartment is specious. Nice and clean.

I asked if there is a washing machine, which there it was. However, seems like the machines in Europe worked different than in America (North and South). So, they take about 4-6 hours to wash, which it could be done night time, but I was afraid of using the machine night time due to the noise, there is no sign saying if I was able or unable to use night time and/or instructions to use it…believe it or not, they work different than in America. Needs more instructions about how to identify the apartment and how to enter. (I was not the only one confused about it, the next door Neil went through the same process). Little things that are doable.

Well located, and the apartment is beautiful. Then guy in the entrance/lobby, “Merlin”, very kind and helpful.

The shower door is not sufficient to protect water from getting outside and all over the floors. I think adding several hooks to hang coats and clothing would be welcomed. Perhaps a cordless vacuum to do a quick clean would be ideal.

Size and amenities were on point. Good location away from the hustle and bustle, but a 20-30 minute walk to all the action. Safe area, quiet... The experience of the check in process was very smooth and no issues at all.

Everything! The apartment is equipped with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom, a wonderful balcony for the sitting area and the bedroom, the building has an elevator and very easy check in process, the staff at their office (the lady) was very nice and cooperative 🙏🏼

Basic instruction on how to open the door would have been nice. The key card functions like an ordinary key which when tapped, you still have to turn it few times to the right. It's the first time we encountered such lock and took us a while before we were able to open the door. I walked to their office to ask for assistance but no one's there because it's a sunday. Our calls also wouldn't connect to their landline number because of roaming issues. If they have viber or whatsapp then there wouldn't be any problem since we have mobile data anyway. There's only 1 aircon which is situated in the living room but it doesn't reach the bedroom so we have to open the window but when we do, the noise outside gets in so we just end up closing it again. A fan would have been useful. No dishwasher as well.

The apartment is spacious, especially the kitchen. It's about 10mins walk to sagrada familia and has bus stops nearby. It's a basic apartment but it's quite clean which is more important. The guard is also friendly and nice.

- good location, walking distance to sagrada familia, 2 of the gaudi houses and other. Well connected to subway and other means of transportation - clean apartment - well equipped (including washing machine, fridge, AC, iron and iron board, hairdryer, etc). - two small balconies (the one from the living room had 2 chairs) - confortable beds - the building feels safe - existance of consumables (shower gel, liquid soap, dish detergent, diswasher detergent, salt, sugar)
