The balcony overlooked the patio with all the other apartments, so the views were not exactly great, I think I would have preferred the streetside. This also didn't really correspond with the photos. Reception hours are a little limited (although typical for the area in the summer) and it initially wasn't very clear to me how to reach them, but it turns out you can just send a WhatsApp, and they were very responsive. My fridge broke on the first day, which was on the weekend, but they had it replaced within a day, very efficient. The main downside, though, is that this place is LOUD... Like, very, very loud. You can hear every little thing, and since pets are allowed, there were a lot of dogs barking at times, and you could hear everyone in the hallway and in the other apartments. It didn't bother me that much, because I was out a lot of the time, but it was enough of an issue that I wanted to mention it, because if you're looking for peace and quiet, you won't find it here.

The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is just a nice, standard Spanish apartment, more than big enough for just me or even for two people, but probably a bit tight if you actually want to stay there with 4 people. It had everything I needed, nice bathroom, decent kitchen, good beds (twin beds, though, so maybe not ideal for couples), a little balcony, no complaints. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and I got to store my luggage there on my last day, too. All in all I quite liked the place, and it's very reasonable value for money, although it has some downsides. It's also right above a supermarket, which is super convenient.

Noise, apartment has very little soundproofing, you could hear people walking past the apartment, apartment itself was small, sofa bed and two camp beds.

would have liked to have one of the apartments with the bigger balcony as it is like having an extra room. we did ask but were given a small balcony and we could see the bigger balcony apartments standing empty. Also would have been nice to have a kettle.

The place is very basic, I suppose it matches the price but it could be better. We got a broken cot the first day but they replaced it the following day

The location is great if you want restaurants and pubs around but it gets very noisy. There is a little supermarket down on the ground floor which makes it very convenient.

Pictures on booking.com are not of the appartment that you book. I expected a large terrace/balcony but we have got a tiny balcony which was not able to accommodate all 5 of us. After five days they gave us another apartment, with a really large terrace. In the end it was OK, and our holiday was great.

Friendly staff, simple but comfortable flats. Lots of restaurants around, and not far from the beach.

The facilities are very basic and there is no place to hang wet beach towels and clothes.

The apartments have a very nice, central location and are good value for money. Nice small balcony is a bonus.

If you dont get parking underneath the apartments, can be a problem to park at all. Noise restriction from 11pm even when having a few drinks outside with family, got told to be quiet. No kettles in apartments, but there is a saucepan to make a cuppa!!!!!

Loved the location, 10 min walk from beach and supermarket right downstairs. Restaurants and shops literally on the door step.

Conveniently located in the City Center, close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. There is a Supermarket below the property, and it is a 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

These apartments are really not worth the price. No dishwasher, just one heating in one room, very humid. The beds are small.

Have stayed here on several occasions a bit dated now but has everything you need and is in a brilliant location, supermarket underneath with lift to your apartment.evrrywhere is accessible by foot, pubs, restaurants,bus station,beach,church. Not the lap of luxury but clean with large balconies,hob,air conditioning, plenty hot water, bath/shower good WiFi.
