Sometimes you just can't choose your neighbours. Soundproof walls would be advantageous

Very basic cleaning … room size is very small . Not value for the price . No Sauna for 3 Euro as per advertisement . It’s closed and different location for 16 Euro

Property was ok , not space enough for a family with 2 kids . Rooms are very small and lounge is small too. But outside facilities and activities are excellent for kids . Especially both indoor and outdoor pools are excellent . Kids also had mini club in the day and night time . Very good for the kids . Cleaning seems very basic . They don’t change the bedsheets everyday . Only changing the towels and cleaning the toilets . I would expect changing the sheets for a 4-5 star hotel especially for family rooms with kids. False information about Sauna for 3Euro . We have tried everyday and been told that it’s closed but full facility is 16 Euro, which is not needed . Staff and manager is excellent. Very helpful. I would say 7 out of 10 overall

We wanted a water park for our grandson and a cuisine with excellent food. The staff in the restaurant made sure to keep our table tidy during the buffet. The bath in the bathroom was an added bonus.

The pools were a bit cold but fine once you were in Breakfast was not very warm but microwave available so no problem with heating

We requested for double bed but got 2 twin beds joined together which was very uncomfortable to sleep as the beds kept moving apart. Finally one of us settled sleeping on the living room sofa cum bed. Food was quite bland tastewise. They had a good variety but most of it tasted very bland and similar on most days. Breakfast was very much the same each day

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s perfect for families with small children and kids. Lot of activities for them. Staff was also very friendly and considerate for small children. It was easy to find free parking on the street in front each day, so no issues. Location also very good, close to supermarkets, shops and nearest Fenals beach

Great hotel with nice pool and outdoor pool. Rooms are spacious enough with spacious balcony. Excellent for families with kids. The breakfast and supper was just top! Really wide selection of foods and fruits. Really worth to have!

The pool area is great for adults and children, the lifeguards are attentive and we had no trouble finding sunbeds. The indoor pool is good for cooler days. The hotel is clean and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, it had a huge selection on offer with some stations making fresh items such as eggs and pancakes. The entertainment was good, we didnnt see the nighttime but there seemed to be lots on offer. The rooms are clean and the kitchen has everything you could need. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the beach, or a 5 min car drive to the town centre. There is a supermarket just outside the hotel.

All amazing, no negatives about the hotel. We did find the main town quite a walk but we were happy to mainly stay at the hotel as it had lots to offer.

Fantastic Hotel, so much entertainment for the family. Swimming pools were amazing, lots of fun for all ages and so clean and well managed. The waterpark was a huge hit every day and extremely safe. The resort was so relaxing and provided a huge range of foods hot and cold for breakfast every morning. The staff could not have been any more helpful or friendly. They were just lovely. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.
