United KingdomNoise from other people staying no sound proofing could hear everything had to be asked to be moved because of it, which the hotel kindly done for us much appreciated, food a bit repetitive too especially at night but still tasty.
Nice location quite central to shops cafes etc and the local bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. Comfortable beds and pillows. Brilliant showers and hot water. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

GermanyThe bed was quite hard, we could hear the music from the pool area in our room. The minibar didn't get very cold.
We were a group of 6 people and it was possible to sit on one table for breakfast and dinner. The foodplates were always full and the customized omelette was delicious. They put my medicaments in a freezer and I could get it whenever I needed it. The pool was clean. The maid came every day and looked after our room. She was very nice and made sure that we have everything. Our parking spot was very good and we felt save in leaving our car there.

Pool was great and the restaurant/bar was well stocked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting and resolving any query or concern that we had. Probably the best value for money stay that I’ve had.

United KingdomThe food. The food was really not good. The selection wasn't great and the puddings were especially terrible. Bread at breakfast was stale. It was edible but bland, samey and overall not to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.
Excellent hotel, nice location. Biggish room. Staff excellent and flexible with eg allowing us to have lunch instead of dinner one day. Pool area immaculate.

UkraineUnfortunately, people can’t drink or eat their own food on the territory of the hotel, only to buy at the bar.
The hotel is very cosy, stylish and good for staying during the vacation. 7 min walk to the central beach, 3 min walk to bus station which is good because we drive by bus to other city beaches which are more beautiful than central one. The breakfasts and dinners were perfect.

AustriaThe parking is a bit tricky, but if you are an experienced driver - all good. The wifi wasn’t the best (for me personally as a remote worker), especially in a room but going downstairs near the reception it was better.
I loved the staff the most, all of them werw super nice and helped with everything in a blink of an eye. Also, breakfast & dinners were superb, many options to choose from and always fresh. The property itself is beautiful too, clean and has a lot of spots for remote workers.

United KingdomThe dinner. It is a bit bland and tasteless for my liking. Some of the salads seem to be a mish mash of left over food from dinner and not much choice for non-meat eaters.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good and varied although I missed the cheesy omelette which was available the previous time I stayed at Aqua Hotel Beltran three years ago. I also liked that during the breakfast and dinner service, food is made to order in front of you. Fried eggs or omelette for breakfast and vegetables or various meats for dinner.

First time to the resort, would Come back again. Lovely break away. My son and husband stayed at another hotel 2 mins away for a football tournament but theirs was not as nice. All In all very good and would recommend.

SpainI expected a little more from a 4 stars hotel. The refrigerator had a lock that would force me to almost break it open if I inadvertently closed the door too tight; the toilet water kept running until I flushed several times; a chair in the balcony was completely broken (none of these alone is too big of a problem, the thing is that such issues cannot go unseen until a guest finds out). I had to park 15 blocks away, because the hotel does not have nearly enough parking places nor any agreement with private or public parkings nearby. I'm used to 1 and 2 star hotels, where all of this could be expected. But, being 4 stars, I definitely expected more.
The room was large, and the bed pretty comfortable. The location is great, few minutes from the beach, city center and all services. The staff was in general very friendly and receptive.

UkraineWas not pleasant,that I asked for parking,and was choosing the hotel because of parking. But after booking on arrival they told that there were no available spots on their parking. So I had to drive round the hotel for hours every day to find the parking,cause everything was full. And the standard room has not too comfortable, not enough even standard facilities -as the place to put luggage and even a chair to sit.
Actually hotel is quite nice,not perfect,but still there are all main facilities. Quite clean and modern. Very good staff on reception. Especially Raul was very friendly and helpful. The location around 10 minutes from the beach,but still quite comfortable. Just about the room-standard one was small and not good equipped-there was no place to put the luggage even. But I asked the reception to change the room and just for 2 euro more they change to bigger room ,more comfortable. Just a problem that here they don’t describe the difference of the room. Was good breakfast- quite standard,but normal. So the hotel values it price. Just a problem of parking.
