The hotel is in a great location, close to both public transport points and the historical center of the city. They upgraded our room, we stayed in a suite. It was a very large and comfortable room, with a beautiful view of the market building from its small balcony. The breakfast was very good in both variety and taste. We were very pleased.

Street noise from busy street below our window, especially early AM garbage collection. The room was comfortable and very clean but I found the ultra modern style and lighting too stark and therefore not such a restful place to be

Convenient location and very helpful front desk staff. Our rental car had to be collected by the rental company after the engine overheated and the front desk took the mechanic to the parking garage to collect it and helped with phone calls to the rental car company

The room lighting of bright white strips was too white, soft white would have been more relaxing. A comfortable chair (not a stool) for each resident in the bedroom is needed.

Location was perfect, staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Nihad on reception, whose service was so wonderful, that she was the main reason we returned for another overnight stay. We also liked the welcoming and comfortable reception/bar area. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Lift was slow

ideally situated near the centre of Malaga. Easy access to shops and restaraunts. Hotel staff recommended a restaraunt and it did not disappoint.

Just a tiny remark: it's a design room where the bathroom door is glass without a lock. Beautiful, but not super handy.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Malaga. The hotel is a historical building, recently renovated and with a lot of charme. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking a small street. The room had all comforts, including a flat tv, a safe and a coffee maker. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice between sweet and savoury. Staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. I had a great stay in this hotel and Malaga is a beautiful city. If I visit again, I will choose this hotel.

It's been a while since I'd stayed in quite this small a room. Upon checking my rez, it says I booked a "small double room" and this was certainly that, although the bathroom was quite roomy in comparison. I also thought I'd booked an interior room as I knew Atarazanas can be quite a noisy street, with buses. But the double-glazed windows appeared up to the task and I slept better than I expected. Couldn't get the ventilation system to work though so it was a bit stuffy.

All staff I interacted with -- at reception and lobby barman -- were really lovely, welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless and bed was quite comfortable. Location, as noted by others, was very "central". But the older part of Malaga is very walk-able, wherever you are.

Couple of small things - the single beds weren't the most comfy (probably more suited to children), attention to detail would improve the apartments - the walk in shower not easy to use without flooding the bathroom as only has shower curtain, coffee pot full of mould (the reception staff did clean it when we complained, although we didn't use it after that as it still had a funny smell) and the corkscrew was broken. TV only Spanish channels (although not that bothered about tv) and an iron/ironing board would be a useful addition.

Location perfect for viewing the Semana Santa and easy access to the historic centre of Malaga. We were able to get fantastic views of the processions from the apartment windows. Apartment was a good size for 3 people, with large lounge, 2 bathrooms and small kitchen. It was great to have the advantages of an apartment, but also able to use the hotel facilities (the hotel is across the road from the apartment block) - eg bag storage. Apartment felt secure, with a lift - we were on the 5th floor. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well and the double glazing blocked out most of the noise from the street below. Easy 5min walk from the station which is a 15 minute journey to the airport.

The entire reception from Jesus, Nihad & Robin, to the breakfast & evening crew/team specifically Nadia, Jorge and the busy man clearing the dishes & replenishing the breakfast buffet were all very welcoming, hospitable and professional. They all made us feel welcomed. We were allowed to check-in early and they upgraded us. The hotel was walking distance to the center, to Soho and the promenade as well as the beach. Thank you!

Only difficulty I would point out is noise from outside hotel. It can be difficult if I needed to sleep during the day. However I realise this is harsh, as it gets unbearably hot in the summer, so air needs to circulate.

Hotel in very nice and very convenient location. 25 minute walk from the beach. Also short walk to Picasso museum and Alcazaba. Bus stops outside hotel too. Room very clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. Fridge useful too to keep water, beer and supplies cold. Staff very friendly and helpful. I booked at the last minute due to a change of plans, and given the circumstances, I couldn't get a better hotel. And that's before I consider the free upgrade.

Walls in the rooms are little bit thin, so you can hear everything from the neighbours.

Direct in the city centre,lot of shops, bar, restaurants close to everything. Very nice staff at the reception, bar, etc... Breakfast was ok
