The host was a bit rude on whatsapp. I asked for the network to be given in a message. The host said he gave it to me. I read it 3 times and it was not listed. The check-in instructions could be given in a nicer way. The codes could be written on the images, as there are several, rather than piecing together the information with each image. I would also prefer that checkout instructions be sent after check-in, so the data is not so overwhelming with all the intructions. The host messaged me in ALL CAPS, which is very rude and difficult to read. They still shouted at me aggressively in all caps, even when I asked them not to and told them it was rude. They also tell you what score to rate them online, rather than just asking for your honest review. I've never known a host to do this before. The bed was a bit hard, but was sufficient for a short stay. The property seemed a bit more dated than I remembered from the photos I saw when I booked it. The stay was fine but I would not book again due to the host interaction.

Location is about an 8 minute walk from the metro. The apartment was spacious and clean. The linens and towels were clean and white. The neighborhood was very quiet. There was an elevator to the floor.

The smell from the sink in the bathroom, I guess it’s a plumbing issue, we needed to close the door overnight to avoid it. Probably a bit of renovation would help.

The apartment is at walking distance from the beach and the port, close to metro & bus station. It is very spacious with all you need, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc the host also offer weekly cleaning service. Comfortable bed, all you need for a short stay.

Everything was great!

Exceptional! Jose Luis , the Manager, was very nice and let us to check in a little bit earlier, as we came from the airport in the morning and was very tired. Elisabeth from reception was nice and sent us all the details of check in and the taverns around the flat and the main attractions in Valencia. Clara, the housekeeping, made our room and was very nice every time we needed something. The flats are very close to all atractions, 20 mins away by walking of Oceanografic, Museum of Science and Hemisferic, 6 mins of subway station (with direct line L 5 to the Airport ) and 2 mins of Port of Maritima. Is a Supermarket at 1 min away and taverns around de Appartment. A very nice and safe neighbourhood, I came here just with my 14 years old son and we stayed out untill 22-23 and we felt very safe. Nice people and great food in Valencia. If I could give 20, I would give it!

The only think I was extremely disappointed with was the uncomfortable bed and lack of comfortable sofas and armchairs. This is something which is very important especially for long stay (we were there 6 nights). Due to the bed we had issues with our backs and experiences discomfort every day :(. There are schools next to the apartment so it was noisy in the morning, in general the street is quite noisy due to the restaurants and people walking (I believe this is typical for Spanish cities :) , for me it was not a big issue but if you like calm places you will not find it there.

Excellent contact with the staff, extremely helpful and responsive with WhatsApp. Good location, very close to the beach for every day walks (we were in mid of January), 550 meters to metro which you can use and go to city center. A lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries near the apartment (just be careful as they have not standard opening hours). Apartments are clean and large, all necessary equipment provided.

The location is perfect. This flas has everything you may need for leaving. Very friendly staff, answer all the questions and happy to help. There is a cafe in the next building and few shops. Close to the sea, metro and tram.

Even though apartment was carefully cleaned, I felt myself uncomfortable in the kitchen as it is really old feels like not clean. I was squeamish about using kitchen and cooking there :(

Location is great, especially if you enjoy seaside and port atmosphere :) I went to the beach almost every single day to see the sunrise. Metro is really close, but I went almost everywhere by foot :) Ah, and bed was really comfortable :) And what is important there was warm enough and I always had hot water. José (facilities administrator) was super nice and always ready to help.

The bed!! It was 2 twins pushed together with a double mattress topper on. Not ideal having a bed that kept coming apart and kept falling in to the gap in the middle.

Lovely and spacious. Very traditional apartment with a cute Spanish balcony! Great location. Close to port and only 15 min to start line of Valencia Marathon. Nice to have a bath and shower. Good kitchen facilities.

There are few cons, but it's worth paying attention to. At the entrance there is no place to hang street clothes; we were missing a couple of hooks, since the closet was in the bedroom. Some plates were broken and it’ll be good to replace them. Not very good coffee and no tea.

Everything was perfect, friendly manager, easy check-in. Plenty of space, very comfortable mattress. There is everything for washing and cleaning (disposable). elevator which was an advantage since we have a stroller for a child. Netflix. close to transport of all kinds. also the sea. Lots of different dishes, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. And of course it’s a quite place.

Excellent location over all. Easy access to the nearest Metro station which is just a 10 minute walk. Also just a 20 to 25 minute walk from L' Oceanographic the largest Aquarium in Europe among many more attractions in the same location. Beautiful Apartments loved the old style and window shutters, very easy to sleep when you want to just close all shutters to have full darkness even during the day. Exceptionally clean 10/10. The staff were extremely accommodating at all times during my stay, prior to check in, during check in, prior to check out and during my entire stay over all 24/7 if needed. Basically at your service full time. Also only a minute walk to the nearest bar 30 seconds for a fast walker only literally around the nearest corner. Loved my stay here overall. I would definitely stay here again. Already planning to go back in Summer 2024.

The apartment is bigger / more spacious than in photos and the location perfect thanks to the proximity to the harbour and the beach, easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, supermarket 3 minutes away.

The sofa wasn't very comfortable to sit on in the evening after being out all day. The bed was quite small. The pillows actually hung over the edges as the bed was too small for them.

Flat was spotless. Close to beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the bell tolling outside in the street. Great Supermarket close by.

I had quite a lot of issues with mosquitoes.

it is a cozy place near the beach (15 min walk) with pleasant hosts. It is very spacious and it has good facilities. It was near a school, but despite that it was quite quiet. It has markets, coffeeshops and restaurants nearby.
