Unfortunately we had problems with both rooms that we were put in that could not be resolved during our stay.

The staff and location are great. Extremely close to the center, a walk away from most places you would want to go.

The sauna seemed to have been just on paper, when I initially asked about it the staff said it’s being fix maybe tomorrow then the following day still not working then asked where it is located however he said he’s busy and on the third day the staff doesn’t even know what I was talking about and keep insisting the gym is open 9-9pm. The chairs in the breakfast area are made of metal, very heavy and noisy thus it feels like you are eating in a market or food court, this impact on enjoyment. The bathroom needs a bit of fixing, by the bath there were damage marks which was plastered temporarily and chipping off, the sealants are discoloured and needs attention.

The location is great, the room given to us is bigger than we expected and breakfast is yummy. They even provided us packed lunch as we checked out early.

The rooms facing the main street are quite noisy, the light in the room was not sufficient, slow internet (14 MB download). No toilet brush, toothpaste or water in the fridge, although mentioned on the website.

Spacious room, hot shower and good water pressure. Perfect location next to metro stop and walking distance to the city center.

No bar areas to relax in the evening,so you had to go out and find somewhere,nad the quality of the breakfast could have been alot better.

The air con of the room was not working. The room was always very warm. The gym was locked most of the time.

The water in the shower didn't regulate good. We said at reception but they didnt fix. There was also a light that didn't work

I don't know if my air-condition had problem but didn't made warm air. This is a problem for 1 March. Stayed there 3 nights. When we came to room on 3rd night, someone's took(the cleaning service?) the second bathroom towel and we had only one for bathroom for two people. Also nobody's changed the towels for 3 nights even if the small one became dirty from my fault(chocolate). I wasn't happy from the person who was responsible for the cleaning. I think she had a bad day 😊

Great location,near metro,sea,la rambla etc. I was in 5th floor at the back building (hotel has 2 sites) and didn't have problem at night with sleep. My check-in was 3 hours earlier(thanx to the reception older man)and the breakfast was good. The employee at breakfast was very kind. Also you can let your suitcases at lockers with only 2€.

The rooms in the inner building lack a street view, and there are no bidet showers in the toilets.

Everything was fine, comfortable bed, great location, close to main city attractions. Maybe the parking was a little bit tricky, but ok. We also had a very good breakfast there. The staff is friendly, no complaints. We also had a good city view from the window.

The hotel is difficult to spot because it's not clearly signaled, especially the carpark entrance; it could be a good idea to have some French-speaking staff in a hotel with so many French-speaking tourists; the lights in the room are annoying (TV, fire detector and escape map).

The carpark is very useful; the staff is kind and helpful; the breakfast is delicious and generous; the hotel location is perfect, near the Rambla.

We had a superior room & balcony, it was extremely noisy at night. Also, our shower was boiling hot- we mentioned it twice to reception.

Location was perfect, it was clean and good value. Fridge was handy and overall it was ideal for a couple on a city break.
