Bathroom light came on automatically, which was annoying at night. We had to take the card out of the power slot to stop this from happening. Breakfast was okay, a bit basic for the price paid.

Modern, bright and clean room, nice view over the town. Good location if driving, although the car park was mostly full on the weekend. There are also some chargers for electric cars. You can walk into the old town in 30 mins or take the bus. Taxi back costs about 10 Euros. Efforts were made to reduce single use plastic.

Breakfast price is not acceptable. It could be a bar instead of vending machines to drink a beer or a coffee.

For business purposes is an excellent option (if you have a car). Price is fair and hotel conditions are more than enough in my opinion. Parking is free and this is very important. Possibility to charge electric/plug in cars.

Very nice, clean and modern. Breakfast was really good. It was a minute walk to the beach and them you could walk to the old town. The walk back is uphill. Not arduous but good to be aware if you suffer from health issues. Overall a nice hotel with parking. Good bedrooms and good staff. Would recommend 👌

No bar, or balcony. Air con did not work first night but it was fixed for the 2nd night. Evedently you have to tell them at reception if you want air con and they switch it on from remote location. Then you can manage it in your room. There is also evedently a Spanish law that states you can’t have air con lower than 20 degrees. Think it’s to do with being eco.

On the day of the check in, before we reached the hotel, we got charged with the cancellation fee without notice. This was mainly due to the fact we checked in slightly later in the day, but still within the specified timeframe. Whilst, we understand this might be routine procedure and they did refund us the money on arrival, we would have appreciated a direct message first. On the first night of the accommodation we also found one of the towels stained. To be noted that this was clean, but just stained. However, the reception staff dealt with it immediately and provided us new towels as per request. Last but not least, the reception staff was very nice, however, on the first night of check in we found it a bit hard to communicate as the staff on duty did not speak English. We understand that this might be due the circumstances, i.e., the night before Easter Sunday.

Overall we had a good stay and were very grateful for the free parking. This is something very rare in San Sebastián. There seemed to be enough for everyone as cars could also be parked for free to the restaurant next door. The reception staff was also nice and responded to our queries every time. The breakfast was good and it had a lot of variety regardless of the time. Last but not least, the general cleanliness level was great.

You need a bus to get to the center. They stop running around 10pm. Taxi home after a later dinner costs about € 10.

Great family hotel also perfect for us a group of friends travelling. Really lovely position above San Sebastian very near the funicular. Parking on-site, everything very neat and tidy, staff fab.

Gorgeous hotel up on a hill with a fabulous view of gorgeous San Sebastián! We chose to be slightly out of the city as we needed parking and parking within the city is pretty difficult, and we definitely didn’t regret our decision staying here! About a 10 minute walk to the beach or around 30 mins walk into the main part of San Sebastián but the walk is along the coastal path which is beautiful! We loved the walk. And if not, there is local buses that are very regular that take you not far from the hotel. We booked one night and ended up staying longer as we loved it so much. Staff very helpful, breakfast was fabulous and the hotel was pristine. Ask for a room facing the town so you have the gorgeous view! Loved it, thanks for a great stay!

Everything has been perfect, the place is conveniently located if you travel by car and the rooms are spotless clean. There are nice spaces to hang out such as the common room near the reception and the gym, the breakfast was delicious and served in a room overlooking all the town. All the staff was professional and kind. Would definitely recommend!

There is nothing not to like

The room was huge. Bathroom was massive. The hotel is ultra modern. Breakfast was plentiful and included freshly squeezed orange juice ( a rarity in most hotels) The location was a 1 minute drive from the beach.
