I would recommend to invest in the real black out curtains. The light from the street at night is very strong and goes through the curtains.

Good location, fast responce, comfortable. They have a deal with the parking nearby, so you pay really lower price. Possible to have a baby bed.

The bed blankets were too thin, it was necessary to increase the room temperature above what we normally use at home. I have one additional suggestion: install a tent or a sliding door on the shower, to prevent water from bouncing on the bathroom floor.

A person was waiting for us at the premises door. They prompltly provided a kitchen tool as soon as we suggested what to improve. Feedback using booking.com messages panel was fast-

Spacious and well equipped apartment in Bilbao. For us a big plus that it has a washing machine as we were one week into our road trip. It was very hot during our stay (40+) but the apartment was cooled sufficiently because of how it was situated and using a fan at night. It’s a 5 minute walk to the city center where all the restaurants and bars are. Guggenheim is a 20 minute walk. As there is no parking option at the apartment, we parked our car in a public garage approx. 5 minutes away so we were happy with that (especially with the heat). When we came back one night we found a box of chocolate waiting for us, very attentive.

Very central to Bilbao, perfect for one overnight stay in the city. Wish we had stayed longer though. The apartment was just right for 2 people, very central, friendly check in, everything we needed. Didn't have time to use the kitchen, but it would have suited us very well on a longer stay. Would definitely go back.

Despite warning for arrival 40' beforehand as requested, we waited 15' outside while guest was already in the apartment - somebody else apparently had to come to give the keys ... No english/french/dutch/german, only speaking spanish. Windows with view on a wall. Opening the couch means we cannot close the separation between rooms. The apartment is actually more balanced for 3 people: bathroom size vs total size, kitchen, ... .

Very nice shower. Situated not that far from center. Guarded parking 200m away. When requesting for kitchen towel, the guest reacted very fast and nicely.

Very loud outside. People still drinking when I left for the Airport at 5.30am. Area didn’t feel the safest.

host did not speak a word of english. One of the chairs had a broken leg. no line to hang up the wet washing done from the washing machine. We were harrassed one night about 20h00 by 2x africans in the street on the upper side of the hill. Better to leave the appartment and go downhill towards/across the river for drinks/restaurants.
