AC UNIT ON MY BALCONY not servicing my room.Very loud and vibrating with bass note and blowing warm air into the room. Generally very ropey.

Lack of sound proofing. Rude people coming home at 2.30am talking loudly, playing music then having noisy sex! ( not the hotels fault but insulation would help).

Above a bar! Town centre location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Functional shower/toilet. Value for money.

I had no problems

All was as expected for budget accommodation. A quiet room at the rear of the property..Food was good, menu del dia was too late for me but that is the Spanish culture.

paid a lot for small single room with two beds, was suppose to be three beds. asked for another to share cost another 20 euro. all in 60 euro for the room! small basic. in a interesting street. no kitchen use. no kettle or microwave .

A bedside light. Hot water in the hand wash basin. The lift looks tired.

Welcoming staff. Accomodation is basic, just the minimum. Room was at the back of the building, so fairly quiet. The hotel is also a bar/restaurant so there is food/drink available just down the stairs.

Bedbucks. The next morning after the stay I discovered that I had been somethings dinner. There must have been so may, I have never seen that before. My armes, my legs and my back are covered in bites. For the 40€ room so you have to add 20€, for all the washing I have to do now. If my sleeping bag that was in the room as well is infected, this stay will have cost me over 300€ in Total.

Everything was perfect.

The location was great just a few metres away from Trains and Coaches. It's also close to the City Centre so everything is within walking distance. The staff were all excellent, friendly and professional. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Too thick pillow

The first room we were given was full of dust. Was really disgusting. We then asked for a cleaning cloth and the lady offered us another room (which was positive). When we arrived there it was also dusty, the tv was covered on tape and it was really humid. The place has no minimal conditions to welcome guests. There is no air conditioning and it was really hot and we really didn't wanted to turn on the ceiling fan because there was so much dust that we thought it wasn't a good idea to be below all that dust and filthy stuff. The bathroom was filthy, and the bed was awful. The mattress clearly has more than 10 years...it was not comfortable and I thought I was trying to sleep inside a hole. The bed cover was also in a really bad shape. It was burn. We actually thought about checking-out and sleep inside our car as...at least it was clean and colder. To enter the rooms side you have to pass the bar and the bar is open until midnight. During the night I woke up with the smell of fried stuff. Disgusting. This place looks like a serious risk for public health and Booking.com should actually remove this property from it's inventory. This place does not meet the minimum standards...and I have been staying in hotels all over the world, including Africa and I have never seen something so bad.

The room was so small and there was almost no air… it was too hard to breath during sleeping and staying inside of the room, bc they don’t have any air conditioning something to clean the or refresh the room. I really didin’t like it and I think they are over rated and expensive. I would not stay there againy the stuffs were friendly
