Golf course a little disappointing. Some areas need attention.

There is nothing that comes to my mind. Really, was simply perfect.

Only had breakfast, and that was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and it was really enjoyable. I also loved the free coffe in the room! I appreciate a good cup of coffee first when I get up in the moring! The view from the balcony is beatyful.

Wellness is not in the hotel building and in additional payment! I know that staff will now replay the same words that it is noted in description, but for 5 star hotel it is not a regular thing.

Water to cool in spa, too many guests to accommodate in restaurants and bar

The layout it was clean and well kept, the spa was lovely but needed to be warmer, the bar and restaurant were both good but got a little overcrowded

This is the first time we have a villa and not a room in the hotel. The villas are a short walk from the hotel in a nice quiet area. Plenty of safe parking. The villa was a bit strange in that one room was the bedroom and an adjoining room had been converted to a sitting room with kitchen. There were no main lights and the circuit needed a second security card to operate some of the sockets. There was a coffee machine but nowhere in the kitchenette to plug it in. We moved a table closer to a wall socket. The outside back patio of both rooms was very black with mold which had clearly been there for some time and needs jet washing. It wasn't very pleasant to sit outside although the space and garden would have been very nice. We did make these comments at check out and were assured that maintenance would look at the patio.

The facilities of the hotel are excellent - breakfast as always is great and the location for the Jerez Circuit is perfect. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive.

Same as last time the hot food in general was cold, they would however cook it fresh for you if asked. Parts of the hotel in need of attention if it’s to keep its 5 star rating.

Close to the race circuit great setting staff were tremendous from maids to receptionist they all first class

bedroom over the bar so scraping noises until 12.15 am as bar staff moved furniture drunken male golfing guests shouting and yelling late at night (obviously not hotel’s fault) no free water in the room address didn’t work in sat nav so tricky to find at night coming from Jerez

Staff are quite “rule following”. I am used to service at Marriot’s etc where I am top tier, here I was told in no uncertain terms that I had to vacate the room at 12pm - and at 12.00 and 30 seconds past, a staff member knocked and immediately entered the room to get me to vacate. Not allowed to sit in the pleasant dining area when “out of hours” which is a shame because it is most beautiful. Have to pay 25 euros to use the sauna and steam etc which is the first time at any property I’ve had to do that as a guest. If I am not a guest, sure, but as a guest this is the first worldwide. Only given one room key rather than the standard two so when you leave the room the air con goes off etc, as do all your items charging. Will write another review after the villa stay.

Currently one night in of a 6 night stay. Did the first night in one of the hotel rooms - from tonight in a villa. Beautiful property, lovely and peaceful. Very tranquil. Beautiful pools, and golf course. Very convenient next to race track. Would definitely stay again.

Flies and wasps around the pool meant we left the pool early, and the main hotel pool was closed which disappointed our children.
