Kitchen equipment could have been a bit better

Shower cubicles in 2 of the rooms were small. I’m 6ft and my son is 6ft 3ins and they were very confined for us. Shower was cold on the first day then red hot on the remaining days. We did manage though

Easy and courteous check in service to a stylish and very comfortable apartment. It had a beautiful combination of modern amenities with some original styling (loved the floor tiles and bathrooms!) The apartment was quiet, well equipped and easily accessible. Great location too. Thank you, we loved our stay!

We were on the third floor apartment 3C - we couldn’t hear any street noise at night which was fantastic however the poor dog on the second floor below was left for 4-5 hours each night howling in distress. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a pet owner.

Very centrally located to the main area of Barcelona within walking distance. The use of a washer and a dryer was extremely convenient for my family.

Didn´t like the second bedroom - it was basicly just a closet with 2 beds. We were travelling as group of 3 and the main bedroom was great, the living room was quite big but the second bedroom for 2 people was not ok. we took one bed to living room but even then there was no air in the second bathroom. The lift was slow and it had a sign that you may got stuck there...

The reception from the hotel was good, the neighbourhood had plenty of good restaurants and bars near by and all the main attractions. the apartment itself was quite nice.

It was not clearly communicated that the second room would only have a fan, which didn't do much in 35 degree heat. We had to move the beds to the living room which had an ac that was on the verge of breaking. The second bathroom was also too small and the toilet amenities were very sparse. We got two tiny bottles of soap and shampoo and one tiny dishwasher solution.

Checkin was very easy and we liked that the apartment was connected to the hotel reception, so we pretty much had 24 hour help if needed. The reception was very responsive and helpful. The location and the apartment size was also as advertised.

That I could only stay there for one night.

Very spacious and clean, but with that traditional Barcelona feel, like the rustic all fashion floor tiles and high ceilings.

We could not check in on arrival and had to wait for approximately an hour for the room to be cleaned. When you are only in Barcelona for a short time, it was somewhat annoying. We were offered drinks and we would rather the apartment to be clean

The location - within walking distance of the shops and visitor attractions. The apartment is huge and has so much character

Some of the furnishings are falling apart or cheap. Air conditioning wasn’t working well and you cannot sit on the dining room chairs if your over 70kg, they’ll break.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment, plenty of space for a family.

Kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we would have expected. No kettle, limited bowls and mugs. Breakfast/snack was only meal we would normally have in but bit limited even for this.

Location was great and very close to train/bus and to sights. Lovely eatery’s nearby. Access to swimming pool a great success.

The location is fabulous!! The apartment is beautiful, has a spacious living room however bedrooms are quite compact. The kitchen is beautiful but could have been better stocked.

My only criticism was that the kitchen was very poorly equipped so not really possible to cook there if you wanted to.

Spacious flat, quite well located. The staff at the hotel were great and could not be more helpful. It was very useful having the hotel car park available.
