We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and had traveled via London from Canada to get a break. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home, the advice shared was excellent, and the bar/restaurant service was exceptional. We'd recommend the hotel to everyone.

The beds were not that comfy, and there was some dry wall plaster issues on the ceiling falling down onto the floor in our room

Our only complaint was the noise from an open air disco almost next door to the hotel. It did stop at 11pm

My room felt a bit stuffy couldn’t keep the curtains open due to close proximity of other buildings. Would have preferred a higher floor

The Sunday morning walking tour was excellent and free! Highly recommend. The free wine and cheese at 5pm was also a nice touch

Directions to the hotel were complex. We received a 3-minute video over WhatsApp on how to understand how to get there. Prior to this, I couldn't get hold of the hotel, nor was a told how to get there. This needs to be improved.

Shower over bathtub - can be difficult for seniors. Perhaps enquire about a walk-in shower when booking.

The square was a little difficult to find, but we really enjoyed staying in the historic centre. Just look for Catedral Barcelona. The hotel is just around the corner. Lots to explore. Wonderful breakfast, dinner and drinks, with very accommodating staff. Great ice cream shop just two doors down. Be sure to take in the mural at the end of the street.

Superb location for seeing many sights! Many tours begin within a few blocks away. Very nice breakfast … helpful staff at desk … spacious room for a large city … and truly comfortable bed and pillow. My wife and I both loved it!

Overall, everything was really great! The location was fantastic, right next to the Barcelona Cathedral and right in the heart of the gopthic quarter. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful. Our luggage didn't arrive at the same time then us at the airport and the staff were very helpful in calling the airplane company to make sure that it arrived at the hotel !

Only complaint was that the room was a little warm. Otherwise the room itself was lovely.

Excellent location! Gothic quarter is beautiful and very charming with lots of things to see and do around every corner. Amazing staff and customer service, staff were always very attentive and eager to assist with anything we needed. Nightly wine tastings was a nice added bonus.

You just need to be aware that if you stay in a city centre you either need to keep the windows closed or you will get noise and restaurant smells from downstairs. But that's not the hotel's fault, it's just how it is.

A very comfortable hotel located just next to the cathedral. A nice room with a spacious bathroom. A kettle in the room is a nice touch. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from on a menu. Taking into account that in Barcelona you can get very little for a very high price, it was by far best place I stayed at in this city.

No aircon. It was stuffy once you close the door of the balcony. I like it cold when I sleep.

Great location! Many shops and restaurants around the hotel. And it is right in front of Barcelona Cathedral. We were able to hear mass on a Sunday.
