We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaWe asked for room with view but the curtains could not be moved- mechanism was broken, so it was like în a room without view(a.k.a window). We do not care so much about the room,as we never spend much time in the hotel.,but a window for natural light is necessary. Also they said the towels would be changed every two days. On the third we left a part of the towels o the floor (there is no specification for this like in other hotels) and they changed only the ones in the foor, although it was the third day (maybe it was because of the extreme drought in the area).The shower gel is something organic- no foam at all and annoying to use some little paper triangular pads. They did change the shower gel pads every day though. Over all it was OK, but not great. Considering the charge it did not meet our expectation.
The location is good, near Sagrada Familia, near Gothic quarter or to Picasso Museum. The bedsheets were white and clean and the hotel was pretty quiet.there are some local bars ( more authentic) in the area. The area is nice and quiet.

LithuaniaPretty loud street near the hotel, but we dindt mind it because we slept with closed windows. Thin walls so you can hear when your neighbour ir taking a shower but that didnt bother us also 😅
Great location, close to the metro/bus stops and famous landmarks. Sagrada is 15 min walk away. There are a few supermarkets nearby to have a quick snack. We had breakfast at Forn de la Paia, thats really close by, breakfast there costs around 5eur/person. Really recommend! 🥐 Super clean rooms, comfy bed. Really liked the possibility to leave the luggage before check-in 🛄

United KingdomThe internal rooms blinds do not allow to completely block the light coming from the corridor. Said light also turns up every time someone walks past, so it's not a very good night sleep. Would be good to have some better blackout curtains.
The location is perfect - close to Sagrada familia and the city center. Quiet. Beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly.

DenmarkThe rooms are not soundproof at all (despite what is mentioned on the hotel’s description), you can literally hear everything from the hallway/staircase and reception. NO WINDOWS at all for some of the rooms and that is NOT MENTIONED when you book a room! (I was told when I arrived that the ones with window cost more if I want to change it)… so there is only the AC…
The hotel is very clean and newly renovated. Location is great, close to nice restaurants/caffès, main tourist attractions and about 20min walk to the beach. The hotel’s staff is very kind and helpful.
