The room was cold and I had to ask for 2 extra covers, you can not change the room temperature !!! My room was next to the office or staff room and was noise very early morning Also, note that they don't have conditioner and amenities in the room, only shower gel and shampoo

Good hotel near the convention center. Metro station nearby allowing city center visit (25 mins by metro, 20 by rent-a-bike). Breakfast, rooms are very good, friendly staff.

The only issue I had was mildew above the shower. Our friends had no issue.

The rooms were basic but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide selection of local and international breakfast selections. The big thing was it was 2 blocks away from the beach which has both a family section and a clearly marked "area nudista". The front desk was excellent and very helpful. Language was not an issue if your Spanish isn't very good. This not a Hyatt or Hilton, but it is a great value in a great location near the CCIB conference center. A quick taxi ride to the Gothic quarter/La Rambla.

There are only few things that can be improved. First one is the quality of the wi-fi, it was quite poor in 2019 and still having poor connection and speed, didn't know that it can be an issue for the hotels with such prices. And another thing that I've missed in the room, was the additional hanger to dry the towel after coming back from the beach averything else is exceptional it will be useful to have a plase to hang it somewhere in the room (it is possible to use the wardrobe doors but they are too high and can be damaged from the wet towels, so it's not a good option).

I was staying here for the second time (first one was in 2019) and completely satisfied with choosing to stay here for the secon time. The location is perfect by being close to the beach, shopping mall and to the public transportation stops (metro/trams/buses). It's a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. The room is having almost everything you need for comfortable staying and breakfasts are always fresh and tasty.

Didn’t have enough towels so you could use pool and shower in room afterwards. (To be fair, it was the hotels towel supplier who had issues). Expensive breakfast (€17 per person). One staff in reception recommended us to take a taxi to Park Guell and buy tickets there, but when we arrived there it was sold out. Wasted 1,5 hrs and approx €40 in taxi fees - with small kids this was very annoying, and the hotel wouldn’t compensate anything for the poor advice. Disappointing!!

The air conditioning in the bedroom was quite loud and not as effective as it should be. The bin in the bathroom was broken. The vending machine in reception wasn't working when I tried to use it.

For a 4 star hotel room was not something to get excited about. Average. Small pool with no shade or umbrellas. Staff not overly friendly. Location not that great. When I booked thought it was closer to the sea.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. Spotless, a bit away from city centre, but next to the metro station and very close to the beach. Staff very friendly - we arrived early in the morning, before check in time, but they accommodated us with additional surcharge, the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean.

Room view, not great. Sad the pool was not available but sometimes construction/maintenance is expected. Location is ok, not in the heart of Barcelona but easy enough access to buses almost outside and metro 3blocks away.

No coffee sachets or milk in the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day which wasn’t really a problem but maybe the bins should of been emptied. Maybe an instruction card could be put in the room asking you to hang the towels up if you are happy to use them again or put on the floor if you would like them changing. This is better for the environment and would save money in the current climate.

We went for the half marathon, so the location worked quite well for us, it is on the coast, convenient for the metro. Plenty of restaurants close by. Friendly staff. We had breakfast one morning which was plentiful with good variety. There is also a bakery close by which was excellent value with fantastic coffee and pastries where we had breakfast another morning.
