Room was clean and there were everything we needed. It’s near to metro station and a nice bakery-cafe where you can pick breakfast or stay for a coffee.

Apartment is well equipped and perfect for family of 4. The parking was also very useful. Cute small well kept building. Great location, with great coffee shops across the road and supermarkets. Best of all was the service - always available and extremely helpful. Would recommend and would also book again.

I thought the multiple tvs and beds were great for a group of 10 of us aged 19-21 . The 2 bathrooms were perfect and very clean with modern showers. The apartment itself is very modern. It had 2 big balcony’s which were very handy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was cleaned every 2 days and towels changed for us .

For a couple in a double bed, we were given 1 bath towel. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable, I had trouble sleeping. The sink drains bubble and are noisy at times unless you plug them (we used plastic bags).

Residential neighborhood. Short walk equidistant between 2 metro stops on the L line which was very convenient. Apartment was a good size for our group of 3.

Great and clean apartment with one of the best reception personal I've ever experienced. Really awesome help and tips for restaurants and key sights. Location is in quiet street near Park Güel. Apartment have everything for nice stay plus terrace. Highly recoment and big thanks for this nice accomodation!

No electric kettle. A plug in electric hob which was very complicated to use and no oven. No iron in the room, although this was supplied by reception on request.

Very nice, clean apartment. Great location for getting around- only a few minutes walk from the Metro. The reception staff were lovely - very kind and helpful. The terrace was a pleasant place to sit and have a glass of wine.

There is no sound insulation between apartments. If you win bad lottery and it will be party next to you It will be not possible to sleep, because of the noise.

Sound proofing between adjacent apartments is almost non existent, although this was not a big problem for me apart from when someone next door was hammering a nail into something. Although generally very well-equipped, there is no proper chopping board provided.

My apartment was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, always responding via WhatsApp as good as immediately. location is great, 5 min walk from vallcarca (L3) metro station.

There are no real windows and no outside space so I didn't find it a relaxing place to hang out.

The appartment is spacious and the staff are helpful and friendly. Although the immediate area isn't very inspiring it is easy to get into the centre or walk to Grazia in about 20 minutes

No hooks for clothes at the entrance, the floors were not clean, we had to wash the floor to walk without shoes. The furniture and kitchen appliances are quite old. No hooks for towels in the bathroom. No towel dryer in the bathroom. Bathroom can't be locked.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are large enough. Location is good - short 5 minute walk to the metro. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. It was quiet in the nights in spite of the not very good noise insulation.
