Although there is a lot of options for breakfast, it was cold every morning. The banbury's designed to keep the hot food hot do not work. TV's have no signal for english speaking channels, apart from news channels. 20€ deposit to have an air con remote. I didn't bother. If was to stay again id make other breakfast arrangements.

The whole property was clean. The view from my apartment over Los Cristianos to the sea was phenomenal. This is the main reason I gave a very good score. I could not have asked for a better view. Outstanding! Reception staff were pleasant but I didn't really interact a lot apart from the odd hello. The main man who serves in the bar and breakfast time is very friendly. Lots of sunshine in the pool area and the pool is lovely and refreshing.

The walls are very thin and you practically hear everything the neighbours are talking (not adding if they are noisy or come back from the club at 3 AM and start to cook)

The property is up on a hill, so a bit difficult to reach, but not impossible! Our room had quite old furniture. We were left no soap and the cleaning lady did not add any when cleaning the room (but we requested in reception and all was given). The curtains were very dark (being in front of the pool, we could not keep them opened) and the room became very dark also because the lightening was low! Maybe adding some white/transparent curtains would be a solution.

Very nice property, big room with all the facilities. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the view of our room (right in front of the pool) was quite nice. The terrace was also pleasant.

Beautiful view from the balcony and very nice staff. I recommend you add a breakfast. It contains a lot of variety of food and great fruits. The location is on the hill and quite far from the beaches. However, we used an electric scooter from Dott company and it was great (if you turn on the option - 2 Euros per ride).

As mentioned the resort is slightly dated but clean except from the pull out sofa bed that was in our apartment-its was old, dirty and of a bad smell-glad we did not have to use it Also the windows seemed to be broken because could not be tilted-the only option was to keep it either wide open or to close completely-bit of inconvenience during the night as you wouldn't leave your window wide open but was not an option to only open it slightly, mentioned it to the receptionist but nothing was done

The resort is ok, its located on the hill but this was not an issue, we had 1 bedroom unit with the balcony. Did not spent much time in the apartment-but it had all what you many need during holidays. The whole complex is well maintained and nice but slightly dated, we had breakfast included - selection is very good but the quality of the food not the best. Good selection of restaurants and entertainment, also large grocery store at the footstep of the resort

A lot of steps and complex set up steep hills (good exercise though!), but liked having a balcony, air con and fridge perhaps not working to full capacity, one window overlooked by pool/snooker table players. Tricky to open window but keep room screened from view

Location on site, easy access (as per request) for Paramedics (thankfully not needed!), great size property inc contents. Great balcony, mostly private, great proximity to the pool, great facilities on complex, wish we had been able to book longer to enjoy more of them! Staff very helpful, everything was clean.

The furnitures are very old, my daughter could not open the bathroom door from inside, she tried several minutes and finally she could get out.

There are always parking places on the street near the entrance. There is a supermarket nearby.

Food and drink in the hotel was quite pricey for very average food and the bar staff weren't particularly friendly.

Super clean apartment with everything you need. It was spacious, 2 wardrobes, good water pressure and hot water. Generally a really lovely room. Pool area is lovely and the grounds are taken care of.

At my arrival around 5:30 pm the apartment was freshly cleaned the floor still wet and the soap smell (very strong) remained for few hours.

The room was very spacious. I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with living room and small kitchen. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lots of choices.

Liked the area and Beverly Hills. Top pool not heated so a bit bracing but clean and sun beds always available
