The staff were amazing especially the girls in the pool bar. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Fresh towels every other day. Spotlessly clean. Great little apartments with a supermarket on site.

There was just one grumpy receptionist one day but only saw him once the other 2 were ever so helpful and friendly along with the rest of the staff. Had a lovely break.

Nice rooms, small hotel,had a nice Bar with food service, which was very nice. Service was great from all the staff and little supermarket very handy.also baked fresh bread and croissants daily opening early till late. Would return 👍 could not here any noise in the room from outside once the doors n window were shut.

The day we arrived the doors in our apartment were freshly painted so we had wet doors for the first few days and the apartment smelt of paint which was unfortunate

Very clean lovely apartments close to the pool area and only a 5/10 minute walk from the strip. Staff were lovely and helpful at all times. Small supermarket in the hotel which was very handy aswell.

Whilst the swimming pool was great once you got in, access for me was very difficult. I am short, late 60s and have a back problem. The solid steps into the pool were extremely steep and I couldn't use them. The rail steps were very shaky and steep to the top. So I only got to use the pool once. Steep hill to main resort.

Lovely refurbished accommodation in a compact resort. Great bar for drinks and food. Handy supermarket adjacent to resort.

The Wi-Fi is €6 per day but the connectivity is very poor. We were unable to use it in the apartment most of the time, it was better around the bar area. There is only 1 plug in the kitchen which was a nuisance. Overall the staff were helpful, but on the day we were leaving the guy on reception refused to order a taxi to bring us to the airport as he was having his lunch! He was in a room only feet away from the phone. He got very annoyed, then he got up and threw a phone number at us to do it ourselves. The lady in the bar saw what was happening and made the call from her own phone.

The location is very good. Within walking distance to the old town and beach. The property is clean and comfortable.

Unsure who the provider is for cleaning the towels, you can tell that they are cleaned professionally but they had a really unpleasant smell on them for some reason each time they were changed.

We travel to Lanzarote for winter sun each year and have stayed in various other premises but we've stayed here multiple times now and love the place! The staff can't do enough for you each time you stay, the check in is seamless and welcoming, the waiting staff are so friendly and attentive, the cleaning staff do not stop working, the place is very clean! The bar and reception areas have recently been renovated and it looks lovely. Food and drinks served daily, food is fab and reasonable. There is also a small shop inside to by essentials as well as a Lidl just a short walk down the road. Guaranteed sun around the pool without the need to fight for sunbeds which is a big thing we like about the place too and it's a short walk away from the main strip, it is up hill on the way back though so keep this in mind, but we don't mind the walk both ways. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to stay self catering.

Prices of food similar to that of the beach side restaurants, which I felt was a little too high.

I liked the size, not too big, just right for a solo traveller. Bar snacks were good quality but slightly overpriced. The drinks were reasonably priced for area. Excellent luggage holding and shower service after checking out, for the evening transfers home.

No real issues, we had some clothing that mistakenly got caught up in the towel change but this was tracked down and returned. It’s at the top of a steep hill which won’t be for everybody, a mini market right there too.

Good sized apartments, plenty of sun beds, great on site Cafe Bar, personally enjoyed the well priced breakfast.
