Good location, walk to the beach. Place is a bit dated, jacuzzi was not heated. Large selection of food; good but not great. Pool was large but cool. Staff were nice. Room is fine, again a bit dated but AC worked well.

The only thing we didn't like was having to go home!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great choice at breakfast and dinner. Very friendly service at the terrace bar in the evenings. Good location near the beach and expansive nature reserve. A bus stop right outside the hotel with a very good bus service was very handy. Accommodation was clean, well-serviced and very comfortable. As we had an early morning departure before breakfast a packed breakfast was waiting for us at reception as we checked out. A very thoughtful surprise.

I didn’t like the fact that the bed in our room was 2 single beds pushed together. We would have preferred a double or king size bed as the beds kept separating on the slippery floor and there was a constant gap between beds so we had to keep pushing them back together multiple times.

I liked the breakfast, the food was delicious and good variety. I loved that the most beautiful beach was just across the road. The staff were really helpful and friendly and accommodated our needs very well. The shower temperature, size and water pressure was amazing!

Beds werent super comfortable

Great location, short walk from the beach and short walk from touristic bits with shops and restaurants. breakfast and dinner fantastic. Nice staff. The bungalow was pleasant and modern, AC well working and the ceiling was great for sleeping at night. Facilities very nice, 2 separate pools with comfy pool chairs/beds. Overall well worth the money

We first got a bungalow that had mold problem (one of the lamp covers had serious mold in it) and it had effect on our breathing. We asked for a change and staff made it possible, next bungalow was nice.

Very relaxing place with nice surroundings and beach is close. Great to have two pools, the "training pool" is a nice add! There are also sun bathing beds in training pool area. Nice food for the money. Staff, chefs and waitress all friendly and professionally. Btw there is a karting place not that many kms from hotel, strongly recommended to have a run there! :) If you have a car it's a small drive there.

I didn't really enjoy the taste of desserts served at the buffet at dinnertime. But that's just me. I feel all over Mallorca it's this same type of dessert.

I found the mattress was not as comfortable as I would have liked

the hotel is located a stone's throw from a beautiful beach of white sand and transparent, clear water where you can choose to stay on the sand or to take sunbeds, the path to get to the beach is fabulous: a wooden bridge immersed in the greenery, near the Albufera natural park. The atmosphere of the resort is very relaxed, there are two swimming pools, you can swim until late at night, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, breakfast and dinner are abundant in choices of various food and delights, the structure is surrounded from beautiful trees and plants, a little paradise!!

1. Dismissive and sometimes rude staff on the desk except for the lady on the last day 30th July who was very friendly. When trying to check in they could see I was waiting but ignored me anyway. 2. Breakfast quality sub standard. 3. Cleaning was only to make beds and change towels. Cups and glasses were not replaced unless asked. Sink not washed. Floor was not swept. Images on website showed hot tub on verandah but no hot tub. 4. Gym and lobby area, outdoor sports facilities need updating. 6. Information and menus were not in English.

We made a late booking so got a little bit of a basic room compared to the last visit. But that’s not anyone’s fault . The newer rooms are much nicer.

Staff is so lovely. They take pride in their work. Pool is really nice. The hotel is located right across the road from the beautiful Playa de Muro beach so only a short walk away. We got a last minute booking as needed to be near the hospital. The hotel was very clean and the bedroom was really comfortable but the living room area was basic compared to rooms we stayed in before. I think perhaps we got an older room than our other visit. Other guests are quiet and well behaved. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a beautiful pool , located a short walk ( if fit and well ) across the road from a stunning huge beach and has really good staff.

In 4 night sleeps, we had 3 confusions about our drink order. One waiter is ordering, another bringing the drinks and we had to remind them about our order, as drinks either went to wrong table or we just did not receive it. However, we saw this as a minor thing, as we managed to sort it out each time without any debates, but it is something that should not happen and guest should not use the time on.

Located very close to one of the best beach (if not the best) in Mallorca, quiet, for families that are looking for peace and less vibrant surroundings. Stuff were supporting to our requests. We had a nice stay.

The phone in the second room didn't work and was not fixed until I left.

They changed my initial room when the wifi didn't work properly and upgraded me to a level above, where wifi worked flawlessly. If you are looking for a self paced sports camp, ideal place to rent a bike (plenty of options) 25m swimming pool with enough lanes. Staff very respectful and attentive. On my last day, I got a full body massage which was also one of the best I ever had. Lunch had simple but delicious options. Buffet dinner was also good, which I had only once during my week stay.
