The location is perfect for Families, and close enough to the Tourist sites without it being too uncomfortably close. Sometimes security is a factor, and you want to be away from areas such as Raval or Ramblas. Upper Passeig de Gracia, is a quiet neighborhood closer to the locals. The apartment is very spacious and facilities are clean and almost brand new. Highly recommended!

Ensuite bathroom sink drain didn't drained very slowly. It made brushing teeth and shaving difficult.

The apartment couldn't be more central, with an underground station close by. We lucked out as the carnival parade passed close by- on our first evening. The people in the support team (especially Victor!) were brilliant. We left some things at the apartment by mistake, and they were kind enough to post them back to us.

I flew from the states and was hoping for an early check in. So exhausted by the time 3pm rolled around and there were several steps I needed to fill out before I received email with door instructions. Nobody’s fault really, but a 1pm check in would be better received for most guests.

Location was great, near shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Air- con worked which was a huge bonus as it was very hot whilst we stayed.

Would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner and a blender. Also, according to the number of days (in our case 5 nights) we missed toilet paper and dish cloth. The water from all taps has an oily appearance that you can feel when washing your hands and taking a shower (you need to check and request preventive maintenance for water tanks and pipes).

Outstanding location (walking distance from La Pedrera/7 min and Sagrada Familia/20min). There are lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, also metro line is just a few steps away from the apartment. “Diagonal” station takes you to everyone with connections to L5/L3/L1 lines. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations, quite comfortable, full bathroom + a separate toilet as well as a decent kitchen and a living room. Washing/drying machine was a plus. There are 2 bedroom, one with a full bed and another with 2 single beds (90 cm each) that we put together converting in a “king size”. We would definitely return.

the apt has nespresso machine, it will be good gesture to offer 2-4 capsules and 1 bottle of water for late check in customers, otherwise many markets are seconds away

We needed more toilet paper for five people ...we ran out. Not an issue of the place - but didn't realize that people in Spain stay up so late. They had great thick windows, but still heard people late at night that were loud by the restaurant. Now that I know that, I am okay with it - still would stay here.

Location was excellent. Lots to eat nearby. Very large size apartment. Staff was responsive when we asked for a dish towel to dry dishes. Staff was responsive regarding checkin. Appreciated parking on-site. Great communicators. When I was leaving, I saw in the elevator the sign for the terrace. I never tried to access it, but would have liked to see if we had access.

The shower cabin is not properly sealed, so after every shower, some water stays on the floor. It was leaking water even after a very short shower. It was really minor and didn't spoil the otherwise excellent accommodation.

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona, quiet street, and lots of shopping options nearby. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay.
