A bit too far to the nearest subway station, about 15-20 mins walk, bus stop is nearby tho.

There is reception counter that operate during office hour and weekends, so it's easy. Miguel is really friendly and helpful. He fixed the connection issue of the TV on the 1st day of arrival, and even help us getting a taxis. Excellent service!

The only suggestion for improvement we would make is more stable Wi-Fi. It worked well when logged in, but in non-central areas of the flat it would get confused with the Wi-Fi of other apartments in the building so we were left having to log in again. Quite technical, but would definitely be worth resolution.

In a very respectable part of the city, easily accessible by public transport, great places to eat out on the doorstep, very well equipped and maintained, spacious, comfortable, clean, clear and very friendly communication, easy digital access and secure. It was a pleasure to stay in this great value apartment and we have already booked to return next year!

The location is very good, very central. The apartment is really clean except the bathroom. Unfortunately, the tiles in the bathroom of apartment number P1 were broken and mouldy. I felt a little disgusted while taking a bath. Other than that, we enjoyed staying in this apartment.

Very quiet, clean and spacious apartment. The staff was lovely, and we had all the necessary amenities during our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was quite nice. It was about 25 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and just around the corner from Diagonal, which was perfect to move around but still far enough to avoid some of the central noise and chaos. Many public transport options in close proximity.

Nothing!

I have stayed at C211 a handful of times now, and have future bookings. I love the location of the property, close to touristy things but a bit more calm even though it is next to Diagonal. The staff is incredibly attentive- I am not a DIFFICULT guest, but always request to have certain things available before arrival, for the kitchen, extra sheets, etc. We were missing a remote, and they immediately found another one. I don't have enough wonderful things to say!

The flat backs into a courtyard that amplify noises. On the first night the upstairs neighbours argued all through the night which made it impossible to sleep. Other nights were fine though. Coffee machine was faulty.

Great location in Eixample with loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a bit far from the metro but the V13 bus into town is just one street away. Spacious, clean, young lady in reception was helpful.
