The first day our air conditioner was broken and they fixed it the next day, we were very cold the first night. Also, the coffee machine in the building where the rooms were was broken, we could never drink coffee in that building.

The facility consists of two buildings. There is a main building and a building with rooms but they are next to each other and very easy to access. A great breakfast is served in the main building and there are free unlimited drink options. You can enjoy your time on the terrace. We were so comfortable that we felt at home. our room was very spacious and we were very comfortable as father and daughter. The location of the facility is very close to public transportation, a very decent neighborhood. If I go to Barcelona again, I will not even look for a hotel, I will stay here.

We got stuck in the lift mid-floor going back to our room with a toddler in the evening. The number we called would not help, luckily the people from the room next door came and helped us with the stuck door. It was a little stressful, but it did not spoil our stay. During daytime, there is always a person downstairs to open the lift door :)

We stayed in the additional rooms next door from the main hotel. Location was great for the first few days in Barcelona as we explored the west part of the city (then we moved to the coast). The room was superb with a giant bed, shower AND bath. Our room also had a balcony! There was a tea station, water and coffee machine (wasn't working at the time) in the little corridor outside the room. Breakfast was served in the main hotel building and was sometimes busy - especially if you come a little later, some of the foods would be gone, but we still found what to eat, and the selection was quite good.

The property is great, very spacious room and features facilites. For a leisure Tripp to Barcelona is definitely the best option, for my next trip to Barcelona I will definitely book here again. Staff is super friendly, all is clean and comfortable, I cannot recommend it more and the value per money is definitely a 10.

We loved everything.

We loved everything about this hotel. They have friendly staff (William), delicious breakfast and location. The location was very close to transportation so we could go everywhere in a very short time. It was an amazing hotel to stay in, very quiet and comfortable. Our building/room was also very historic. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is poor

The strengths are the location in Exaimple neighborhood close to the metro station (Diagonal) and shops and the terrace that guests can enjoy when weather is good. The staff is nice too. The room was nice but small for three people.

Overall very pleasant experience - beautiful surroundings, great breakfast with outdoor staying and tea/coffee available at all times, which was very handy. We were traveling with a toddler, who loved the kids games and books available in the main room. And seriously, they have the best, most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

We had the two bedroom suite and although we were only two, it was lovely having that much room. The bed was very comfy and d so was the pillow and although the room faced the street, it was so quiet. Great location with two metro stations a short walk a d lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing we missed in our room was a small fridge. It was not a big issue, just a kind of "nice to have". Otherwise, nothing more to add, it was a great stay.

We liked that our room was spacious and had its own style. Breakfast was good - nice choice and quality. The common terrace looked very nice, but we did not use it as it was too cold to eat outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would gladly stay at the same hotel next time we visit Barcelona.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Only slight thing was some noise from breakfast just outside the room and banging above our room one morning that woke us up.

The property location was perfect for quick and easy walking, bus or metro connections to the anywhere in the city. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace - so great to have this outdoor space in the middle of the city. Breakfast was a great selection and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee (Nespresso) and cake to help yourself to throughout the day! We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!!

No ‘do not disturb’ sign so we needed to ask our cleaning lady to skip cleaning if we were staying in the room late morning.

Location was the best, beds were super comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay.

Breakfast only starts at 8:30, so in case you have a work appointment at 9 AM, you may miss that window and go there hungry.

Nice family run little "Pensione" in the centre of Barcelona, few rooms, but very cozy. Excellent buffet breakfast, drinks all day (tea; coffee, but also some soft drinks and even wine can be enjoyed, for a small donation in the latter case). Great looking terrace for sunny days, but we were there for the coldest of the year, so maybe next time! Our room even had a mezzanine with a living room. Italian shower and all necessary amenities.
