The carpets in the halls should be changed since they are very old and they make look the hotel not in good condition. I also doubt the green carpet in the pool area.

The location was absolutely amazing. Good choice for breakfast. Make sure you get the room with the sea view. It changes evething.

The rooms did not have any drying facilities or coffee machine/kettle which can be useful. It was difficult to tell if the hotel was directed at families or solo travellers. The hotel is also technically not in Cala D'or it is around 10/15 minutes walk to the main area. There are bars, restaurants and entertainment along the way however during the early season this can be quiet.

The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Sarah the entertainment host kept the kids engaged and interacted very well with them which they enjoyed. The view from the hotel was amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This was a good hotel which I would come back too.

A bit old hotel, food could be better. A bit crowded town.

Very nice place, just next to the beach. Beautiful rocky beach, something special where I have never been before. Every morning coffee with a nice sea view.. Nice ladies in a reception Simona and Magdalena, helped me :)

Staff was terrible and rude, except one waitress with tattoo. First day we were strolling around restaurant to see what’s where and one of the waitresses started shouting that drinks are not included as we’re only HB - we didn’t even have a glass in hand or attempted to drink… The other day we borrowed glasses from bar, two days after that it was impossible and they could offer only paper cups. Most of the staff looked like they’re not happy they have to work and any simple request was end of the world.

Hotel is old, but we’ll kept and very clean. Food is was nice and there was something different everyday. Rooms were clean, nice balconies.

Great location with steps to Cala Ferrara beach. Hotel whilst old is very clean and great value for money. Super location close to bus stop and strip with a good selection of shops restaurants and bars.Walking distance to Cala D'or.

The view from the balcony of the room was fantastic. The location of the hotel was very convenient and practical for travelling by bus.

The beds were very old (although not in every room; my dad had a comfy new bed in his room) and quite hard. The windows are the original single-glazed ones, so there's a bit of street noise, especially if you're on that side of the building. It's a good idea to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The location is unbeatable: overlooking a spectacular cove, less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk (or a 5-minute bus ride) from all the amenities of Cala d'Or. There are also lots of shops and restaurants just seconds away on the main shopping street of Cala Ferrera. The food is fine: a good variety so you'll always find something to your taste. Breakfast was probably the weakest meal out of three, although hot snacks are available throughout the day from the pool bar. There's entertainment most evenings and throughout the day; not the slickest, but good fun and Sara (the girl in charge of most activities) is very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic.

Evening meal food was very basic & most of the staff in dining room looked miserable & didn't smile or greet you.Breakfast choice was ok!!!! Entertainment was very boring & old fashioned!!!😪😪

The hotel is a little dated and may benefit from a refurb. Food was of a very poor quality in terms of ingredients as well as the meals served and there was so little choice! I stayed in 3 start hotels before and this food was the worst.

The view was beautiful. The location is great. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious with comfortable bed.

The decor is a little tired, and the security to the balcony door was only a simple bolt. Although on the upper floor, easy to get balcony to balcony. As a lone traveller I was conscious of this.

Location was great as it is next to a small beach and has access to the water from a jetty. Very quiet as it isn’t on a main road and a street or two away from the main drag of restaurants/bars. Short walk into Cala D’or so perfect for what I wanted. Staff were fantastic, very helpful, great attitude.

The room was dirty unfortunately, and we had a lot of sand in one of the beds, very inconvenient. Really old hotel, wouldn’t fancy staying there again.

Love the view from the garden, very pretty. And great location, can walk to the busy areas easily. Also the free parking is handy. Nice food and drinks, good options.

Nothing - it was all great.

The hotel accommodated our request and gave my friend a room with the most spectacular view. Thank you! I also had a great view from my room which was a cheaper one. I am a repeat guest and return every year - so it must be great! ;)
