Our view from our terrace was just shy of seeing the circular pool - we had stacks of old or broken sunbeds, bushes and metal items. Thankfully didn’t spend much time in the room but if we were there for longer I would’ve asked to change rooms.

The drink tokens are a bit of a pain - and needed bigger cups for tea and coffee

It was nice and clean the entertainment staff were so good very friendly. Also the reception staff were accommodating and helpful. The room was nice clean and comfortable

The bathroom had only shower gel. There was no hand soap!? Forget the small body lotion, conditioner and vanity kit. You can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Even if your neighbor quietly gets up to use the toilet. Noise isolation is extremely poor.

I traveled alone and location was important , so I could be in close proximity to the events I was attending.

The pool was freezing cold, no one was swimming- for this money you should heat it. Also there was bad smell of mild in my room- luckily we only slept 2 nights.

It’s not really near much. Couple of restaurants and a small beach. The walls of the rooms are very thin, you could hear most conversations in other rooms. No amenities provided in room, didn’t even have a sign to say clean or don’t clean the room.

Quite a good breakfast selection. Looks quite modern from the outside. Quite clean.

Not a lot of drinks option's for non-alcoholics Room was quite stuffed. Would have preferred not having the table as it left no space to approach the balcony once the sofa bed was down.

Lots of activities for kids and grownups alike. The entertainment team were amazing and energetic. Proximity to beach All inclusive food and drinks options Pools were great and no scarcity of sun loungers First time in Ibiza and I would choose this venue again.

Sun beds booked from 7am but no one sitting there.

Initially we had a terrible room assigned facing the kitchen, with drain smell. I requested a new room assigned and we were moved to room 223- it was lovely with sea view from balcony. I appreciated that the staff went out of there way to assist us.

Parking is not provided and as the area is so busy can be hard to get parking for car if you have one. Tv didn’t work in room. We loved our stay so no real issues with the place and would recommend to anyone.

We were with our 9 year old daughter so the Swimming pool was always going to be the main attraction. It did not disappoint as it had a deep and shallow end separate from other kids pools. The daily entertainment and pool games, the layout of beds close to pool for adults and the bar was all really good. Staff were great, rooms were perfect (tv didn’t work but we didn’t want to use anyway) the breakfast buffet was brilliant. Had everything you would need.
