The food wasn't to our taste so ate out mostly, but that's our preference rooms dated and mattresses need replacing husband had to book a room in different hotel for week due to being uncomfortable on mattress location is excellent as are the staff

The lifeguard only worked from 10 am to 7 pm, so we were not permitted to swim outside of those times. While I enjoyed the grilled meats and salads, my daughter would have liked more vegetarian friendly proteins for dinner as she basically lived on peas and some night they weren't even being served. Perhaps some chickpeas, hummus etc. Also, the water dispensers that were open for breakfast for us to drink as much water as we need, were closed during dinner and instead we were told to buy water from the bar. Feels like a quick money grab. Not too important for us personally, but the room was a little outdated and the bed cover was a bit scratchy but we asked for extra sheets and it was no problem.

The two swimming pools were clean and enjoyable. We went in July so the water was warm enough that we didn't want to get out which was a nice change from other holidays where the water was too cold to even get in, and at the shallow ends of the pool were slopes instead of stairs which we, and many other people, laid down on to relax and get some sun! Breakfast and dinner were open at good times and there was a good selection of food which was tasty and fresh. The room was cozy and the staff were kind. The location was great. Only a short walk to the beach and all the buzz ! :)

One or two staff were rude, I didn't use the bar due to this. The food, I'm not a fussy eater but it wasn't great tbh. Very little information about local travel available & staff didn't seem to know either

Mostly very friendly staff, the hotel was in a great spot, despite the night club next door. A great place to relax

Food was horrendous - went half board & only ate their once... Rooms were very dated but I could put up with that but beds looked like prison beds, very uncomfortable... No fridge in the room, could hire one for E2 per day

Snooker tables were somewhat dirty and uneven, Snooker balls were sticky. Food was really good, but mostly monotonous ( but on the other hand there was a variety indeed).

First of all staff is amazing, rooms are tidy, couldn't use gym or sauna/spa,but rest of the facilities are really good. Localisation of the hotel is excellent. Food was very good. Desserts were amazing.

The restaurant staff were rude and made my partner feel uncomfortable. The food wasnt great, we paid for half board but tried the dinner once and it was horrendous. The breakfast was fine

Great location, very central. Only few minutes walk to all the shops and bars/restaurants. Plenty choice of food at the buffet option in the hotel restaurant. Bedroom was lovely

our balcony was facing a road. very little entertainment at night. not enough parasols at the pool

it was very clean & staff were very friendly

Breakfast Hall was overcrowded, too many people, might consider extended hours, so people will be scattered. Bed Spreads are out dated, fridge was locked, telephone didn't work and no extra pillows. Poor Lighting in Room.

Close to Port Aventura, just 15min by walk. Can book taxi 🚕 from reception, will be there in less than 5 mins. Big Balcony Good Service at Pool Bar

the air con was shocking. it hardly kept the room cold and there was no remote to control it so only one setting. at some point it would change to room temperature so we had to turn it off. it did become a little uncomfortable at night.

the property was really well kept. lovely pool and outdoor area. lovely looking also from the outside. room was basic but very good. The drinks were lovely and the staff were pleasent

The staff seemed very frustrated, they were moody and unhappy. They didn’t mind talking rudely to the clients and also would fight between each other. There wasn’t much variety of food and the food that they had was very bad quality. Also the schedule for the dinner was very short and early.
