The pools were smaller than I thought but were perfect for an early season stay.

Breakfast at 14 euro per person seems a bit pricey. The check-in was impersonal and not very friendly and we speak Spanish. It was professional

Great value for money. Comfortable social spaces for guests to use and make teas and coffees. Room sizes are decent and bathrooms are large. Rooms are quite basic but we knew that when we were booking. The hotel provides you with beach towels which is super convenient.

Bearing in mind that there are 19 rooms available, both the hot tub areas and the breakfast areas are designed a little small, always judging that not all people are coming at the same time.

The whole place is designed great and with much love for details. Both pool areas with hot tubes are quite and nice, we were there whilst the hotel was fully booked but never really saw more than one other couple. The suite we booked was lovely, spacious with a little balcony to look over the small street. Location in the old town, next to the main road with many restaurants but parking close by was never a problem. You could order eggs and pancakes for breakfast and had a rich buffet breakfast. Also the staff was really nice and mindful. Overall a lovely place and also talking to residents, the hotel is known as the nicest place and only place of old town having a pool area.

We loved our stay from beginning to end. Buffet breakfast was lovely - something different every day and you could order eggs or pancakes if you wanted. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The plunge pool was wonderful and although we didn't use the honesty bar, it was a great option to have. There is a wee water dispenser in the bar that we used every day - it dispensed ice cold water, which was brilliant. The location is perfect for exploring Alcudia and the surrounding area.

Did not know before booking that it was over two buildings but this doesn’t change my opinion.

Absolutely stunning hotel, pool areas are gorgeous. Location is nice and peaceful, centre of the old town, staff are superb and go above and beyond!

Breakfast was amazing - loved the fruit salad which was different everyday. The hotel is located in the city center of Alcudia, just around the corner of the main street/square. The staff was very considerate and proactive - e.g. they brought gluten-free bread options when seeing us sit down in the restaurant/breakfast area.

The entire staff was extremely nice and accommodating, super clean rooms, fresh food for breakfast and great coffee. Very close to shops and restaurants and easy to explore the island. Thank you!

i never understodd how to use the Air Cond. It looks, the device never responded to the Temp. consignation. I switched it off, because it was too cold.

great welcome by the staff. Breakfast at the TOP. Nice environment, beautiful renovation done by the architect, based on exsiting basement.
