Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThis has nothing to do with the hotel - but we were both bitten quite a lot by mosquitos while we slept. Even in March / April be sure to bring your bug repellent and bite creams
Everything about the hotel is truly lovely, especially the entrance courtyard, the garden and the pool area. The evening we arrived (after a long day of travel), the host - Kevin - checked us in, in the dining room over a beer and lots of chat, which was most welcome. He also arranged dinner for us in a nearby restaurant. The room was lovely and cool, fresh white linens, white-washed walls, plenty of storage, wifi and smart TV, our own outside seating area. Breakfast was delicious and they changed it daily, adding fresh baked cakes and cookies, or variations of meats and cheeses, plenty of fresh bread and fruit - and a pleasure to eat outside on the terrace. The hotel is hidden away (literally) on a very quiet street, but only 5 mins walk to the centre

SwedenThis is a magical place! Can really recommend going here off season in March with less other people staying there at the same time, you will have the beautiful garden pretty much for yourself. The breakfast was also one of the best I have had. And very nice staff, easy going, warm and friendly.

United KingdomNothing really.
Felt like a secret oasis. The hotel was located on a quiet street, it was unexpecting. Then, when you ring the doorbell, you're welcomed into a beautiful courtyard, the entrance of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, ready to help you with any recommendations or bookings for outings, activities and restaurants. The pool area was very nice and peaceful, surrounded by greenery and mountains. The hotel was also footsteps from the center of town and a quick walk to the bus / train if you wanted to explore the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was lovely from start to finish. A wee bit of heaven. The gardens, the pool, the staff, the breakfast (many tasteful items made in house), and all other amenities-all were exceptional. A peaceful place that excels. I even extended my stay as I just didn’t want to leave.

The hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The gardens and pool are quiet and relaxing and offers an oasis away from the often busy centre of Soller. A very convenient location! The atmosphere is particularly lovely … the hotel has achieved an efficient but laid back vibe, something I loved. Lovely breakfast.

AustraliaThis is a beautiful authentic Mallorcan property, in the perfect location. It’s a few minutes walk down to the centre of Soller, the bus, train or tram to get anywhere. It’s lovely and quiet at night. The gardens and pool area are stunning and the breakfast was a wonderful addition while we were travelling. The staff were delightful. We spent the most time with Harold who took great care of us and made excellent recommendations for dinner etc. I can’t recommend this hotel and experience more highly.

NetherlandsThe shower head in our room was placed so low that I couldn’t stand under it, a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast is ok but some things need improvement (for example the cereal was all stuck together in the container).
Cheap public parking available close to the property, if you can’t find any they also offer you their private parking (but it’s a bit expensive compared to the public parking). Upon arrival we got a warm welcome by a great host, a glass of cava and our bags were brought upstairs. The aircon is already on in the room and the fridge cools good. Nice garden with an ok breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere. Great view on the surrounding mountains. Staff is very friendly in general.

Everything, from the minute we walked through the door after all day travelling, cheery Marvyn offering refreshments and showing us to our amazing room. It had it’s own pool which was fantastic air conditioned with lovely comfy bed. All the staff were friendly, beautiful buffet breakfast setting us up for day. Pool and fully equipped outdoor gym area plus on site massage and jacuzzi. Lovely gardens, sit on bali bed to relax in the shade. I could go on and on. The staff are what makes this place even more special, they are so friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough to make you feel at home. The breakfasts are delicious with a lovely selection of fresh homemade treats and the outside terrace underneath the palm trees is the perfect setting.
