A bit too close to the campus, and during the weekend it was loud until 6 am in the morning because of the parties on the street.

Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Chromecast support on the TV is a big plus. Kitchen was equipped enough. Good location.

Great hotel! few minutes to metro station, about half an hour walk to the citudella park and maybe 20 min to Sagrada familia. Abot 45 min walk or 4 metro stations to the congress centre. The room was great, very spatious even for 4 of us, breakfast was great. Small playroom in the basement, a few small playgrounds about 10-15 min walk from the hotel. The store is right around the corner. Great little diner around the corner. Parking in the garage available. Realy great for families!

- Not perfectly clean, hairs on floor on check in and when we moved rug there were items and dust - Staff weren’t overly friendly - Didn’t change towels (change on 4th day)

Room is clean and spacious; firm mattress and we loved it. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Location wise, close to Barcelona cruise terminal, 10-15 min by taxi. To the popular sightseeing spots, you need to walk a bit, but not too bad, about 15-20 mins.

The bathroom was nice and clean, but poorly ventilated. If the bathroom door was kept closed there was a foul stench. The entrance door knob in front of the kitchen cabinets was always in your way allowing you to easily injure yourself- we've placed there a pair of shoes. We didn't receive trash bags

Spacious rooms and bathroom with big windows. The couch in the living room is convertible to a comfortable double bed. Pretty well equiped kitchen. Clean and spacious, well equiped gym plus a dedicated indoor playing rea for kids.

Excellent room/apartman size for families. Very well-equipped. So good breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is convenient, 2 metro stations are close by, and Citadela Park, which is a beautiful one, is on walking distance. We'd like to come back again to the same hotel.

One thing that actually stood out for me and my family of 3 was that there was no cleaning brush of the toilet for regular use...it might sound weird or minor to others but when 3 people use the toilet and the cleaning is every 3 days you need to at least have a way to basicaly clean the toilet. Just a heads up!

The location of the hotel was really good. If you are a walker ,the city center is very easily reached even on foot, and you get to see the amazing city of Barcelona. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Reception was 24h and ready to assist you at any time. Location is great and perfectly safe. Both metro stops Marina and Bogarell are super close. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There was zero noise in or around the hotel, so it was very relaxing. I can't wait to be back to Barcelona and Capri by Fraser. Fantastic experience.

The hotel is exactly as described in most reviews. Clean, ideal for families, in a quiet & safe neighbourhood next to the metro station. The breakfast is excellent for those who choose it and finally congratulations to the entire reception team and especially to "Poli” aka Pelagia thank you very much and we hope to visiting you sometime in the future again.

The weed smell in the hallway. The room was cleaned only once during our stay, and it just wasnt the best of cleaning.

The room is spacious, nicely decorated. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fridge and good equipped kitchen. 5 mins to metro station, walking distance to Arc de Triomf area, as well as to Poble Nou with lots of restaurants and cafes, and shops.

Julie on the front desk was very friendly and a great help to us providing information on how to navigate the city. Although next door to a student village and situated just off of a busy road it's surprisingly very quiet outside on the street which was nice but it's also very easy to get from place to place using the Marina metro stop just 2/3 minutes of a walk away. The lobby has a very cool layout and the key card entry at the front door of the hotel was very convenient for getting in and out when we wanted to stay out a little bit later.

We stayed for 3 nights. We have been told that towels will not be changed for this period and I was ok. The city has serious water issues, so I understand. However, no one cleaned the room for 3 days either. I didn't understand if I had to place specifically the "clean my room" label on the door. The beds were a little bit stiff for my taste. At last, the bed for the kids was a Sofa/bed for the both of them, however was large enough to fit them both

The hotel is very close to the L1 metro (5min walk). You could also walk to various places since it is located to the centre of the city. The room was very quite and very spacious for a family (2+2kids). It had Kitchen and the WC was also big enough.

The staff in the reception don't seem to be very well trained, took quite long to check us in and seemed a bit annoyed checking us in. We requested to clean our room but no one came

Dated, needs some upgrades & a pint job. Location is away from centre of town where all the visitors’ activities are so need taxis often.

Nice residence style hotel. Small apartment style accommodations included closed bedroom with ensuite & a large living room with kitchenette. Staff do a laundry wash for you free of charge if staying more than 7 nights. Very friendly staff (Alba & Judit at reception were superb to deal with).
