Hotel is located in an old building and the room has a smell of it. Need to turn on the A/C to get air circulated.

In the center of Granada, 20 mins walk to Alhambra. 5mins to cathedral. it has a nice terrace outside room for breakfast. In a sunny day, you can have the beautiful city view and see snow covered mountains. The room is nice and clean. Bathroom is big. Shower is hot and strong. Kristin is very very nice and helpful. Breakfast is recommended. I had very tasty cappuccino even from machine. Orange and plum were juicy and sweet.

The room was very small, but for one overnight stay we didn't object to it. However, for a longer stay, this can be a little bit problematic. Also, just bear in mind that parking can be reserved, but it is in a private garage 250 meters from hotel. For us that was OK, but maybe someone would find this not suitable.

Very polite and helpful staff. The room was cozy, nicely equipped, and clean. Location of hotel is nice, you can walk to city center, you can see nice things while walking there (15 minutes approximately). Very interesting building. This hotel offers very good value for money. Definitely recommended!

We came by car but we gave up trying to find it and hired a taxi driver to lead us there. Quite an ordeal so I recommend that you give up quickly and find a nice taxi driver to help you.

Location was near Alhambra, which was our main goal. The price was very reasonable. They provided parking at a 17.5 euros per day. Morning coffee was 1 euro, and some breakfast is available.

Coffee, drinks and croissants were not fresh. All from machine or pre-fab. A bit of a shame when you are in such a nice hotel.

Kind, personal service at the desk. Clean and nice hotel. Location is great: a kind of quiet corner in the center of the beautiful city of Granada. The view from the little balcony next to the breakfastroom (and from some rooms, but not all) is very nice. A good start of our first trip to this area and Granada.

Granada was cold, but only a thin blanket was on the bed. Using only a sheet instead of a cover is very strange. There is only one chair and one place for the luggage in a double room. The kettle is missing. There are no hangers for coats.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel parking is super. The breakfast is OK. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Close to the main sites to visit. Very clean. Big room with balcony and jacuzzi. The staff was very nice and helpful. Always with a smile and ready to help and guide you. Very service oriented. I would not hesitate to come back if I return to Granada.

I needed good Wifi speed to work (as a work remotely). On other websites (not Booking.com, however), it is claimed that the hotel's wifi is 25mbps+; however, I struggled to even get 2mpbs...This meant I had to purchase extra mobile data to be able to work, as the wifi couldn't handle basic tasks.

For a budget hotel, this met all expectations. Location is perfect. Very clean. Friendly, professional staff. Spacious room. Decent-enough breakfast. Very good shower. Comfortable bed. On a budget, you can't go wrong.

A great hotel ideally situated for everything we wanted to do in Granada. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming,friendly and very helpful. We were offered continental breakfast which was very good just what was needed to start the day.

Location is the most important strenght for this hotel. about 10 min walk to main atractions. A lot of clubs and bars near by. In the eening quite noise.

Beautiful lovely old hotel. While it may not be as snappy with all mod cons like a newer hotel it was great. Nice clean rooms, helpful friendly staff, great central location and exceptional value for money. No pool for summer but ideal on winter.
