눉Where do I start...!!! Dog Friendly...Ummm No...!!! Firstly it says that there might be a charge for dog's ... Yes that is all right ...But they do not tell you how much...!!! I rang the hotel before just to check and they said no charge and that is only on there for some times...OK...??? Is there anywhere for the dogs to do their toilet... Yes we have gardens...How will I know where to go...Do not worry the staff at the hotel will show you...OK When I arrived...I was told that they charge 20 Euros per day per dog...(I have three dogs) said that it did not state that!!!...But they said sorry but that is the charge. Want to take the dogs out to the toilet...You said you have gardens...?? Yes we have gardens, but not at the hotel...20min walk away...So I took one of my dogs and it was not suitable for any dogs, as it was a human park with flower beds and paths...!! Nowhere for dogs toilet ...I have booked for a 7 day stay...??? Disable Room : I put in a special request for a disable room as my husband can hardly walk because he has a terminal illness. They put us all in a room on the 3rd floor...I said it is impossible for my husband to use this far away room... The staff were were understanding and tried their best to help...But could only find another room on the 4th floor. Breakfast: I booked 2 breakfast by mistake and asked Booking to cancel for 1 as my husband can not eat in the mornings. When I called the reception to notify them of this...They said they can not do anything now it is to late...I told them that I was told I could...They said No the can not...!!! Please note that your request is not guaranteed until the accommodation has confirmed it. 눉Air co in room. Roof top restaurant... Food was cold by the time we received it!
눇Hotel needs a make over. Superior room was good except the air conditioning was noisey then stopped working. Hotel tried to fix but it did not work. 2 hot nights later...
