Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomRoom was internal only, as were many other rooms. If I'd known this prior to booking would have opted for the more expensive room.
Nice breakfast, good location.

United KingdomGround floor room. Staff were very helpful, although they said that there were no Bodega tours available on the day we wanted to go. A quick search and we found the excellent Lustau tour was available, and just round the corner from the hotel. Makes one wonder if they are on a commission with Gonzalez Byass!
We changed room after the first night because the ground floor rooms have no window and feel very oppressive. Try to book one with a window. The second room was good, high ceiling and comfortable space. Staff are charming. There is a roof terrace, but it is a bit odd - every surface has been covered in white marble. Feels a bit like an outdoor butchers.

United KingdomThe open atrium can channel noise upwards but the bedroom was quiet.
Nice old-style building in a convenient location with many restaurants and street cafes nearby. Excellent and very helpful staff. Good breakfast with cooked options and a nice dining area in the full-height central atrium. Pleasant and comfortable bedroom. Well-stocked library and comfortable seating areas. Nice decor and pleasant ambiance. Lovely rooftop area with seating, sun-beds and parasols.

FranceLocated in a pedestrian area, the nearest car park is a 7-minute walk (Calle Avila, €8 a day).
Great location in the heart of Jerez, near San Miguel Church and the central market, recently renovated boutique hotel with tons of charm and modern amenities, large and spotless room with high ceiling and marble flooring, contemporary bathroom, very confortable beds, balcony overlooking a lovely and quiet square, acceptable breakfast in the patio. Fantastic rooftop with great views over the city.

United States of AmericaIt was raining heavily in Jerez and unfortunately, the casa was experiencing significant leaking in multiple rooms. The water in our room was so much that the staff moved us to other rooms. There was a musty odor in our new room and the noise from the expansion remodeling was somewhat disruptive. We wondered why they were expanding when the current rooms required important repairs. Some typical supplies like coffee pot, tissues and wash cloths were not provided.
Beautiful terrace, several lovely sitting rooms, marble floors and stairs with antiques and art in most open spaces

United States of AmericaThe staff here are great. They are accommodating and friendly. The rooms are nice. Splurge for a superior room, you can get a nice view of the plaza. Overall, the rooms are clean, and comfy. Great location and easy to walk anywhere but still have some quiet and the bustle of the city does come through. They were remodeling though so that was loud but I can only imagine whatever they are doing on the top floor will be great. We’ll be back for sure.
