Super polite staff ready to help you at any time. The room, swimming-pool area and gym were fully equipped and really comfortable for some resting time. Breakfast was super diverse and tasty! Hotel in a nutshell is a 10/10!

There was a strange humming sound in our room in the evening. Hotel staff was quick to respond and provided us an alternative room. We really appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility. We did not consider it a big issue. We still give this location an absolute 5 star recommendation. Humming sound was gone the next morning.

The entire hotel looks great. The people working there are very nice and social. We received great tips for local restaurants to visit. Food (diner and breakfast) was great. All the facilities available and the swimming pool area is wonderful.

It was not the smoking area at all so the bunch of people goes right outside of the resort to smoke. It looks bad and it’s really negative for both parties- smokers and no-smokers

Some of the restaurants around the hotel not up to the quality of our hotel so we ate a lot in the hotel.

The breakfast was sublime and the room was great and the pool was amazing we had such a wonderful stay.

I saw the dinner buffet though we didn’t go all-inclusive - from what I saw, I’m glad that we didn’t. The offering looked pretty basic. Also, they had few ingredients for any of the cocktails on their cocktail menu which was disappointing.

Great room layout, we had the 2 bedroom suite. Super spacious. Great value and amenities. Pool is lovely, Cabana beds are delightful and the serving staff have great energy. Shoutout the Braulio.

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet food wasn´t as good as it used to be, the layout has changed as well and people seemed to be criss crossing each other to get their breakfasts, the queue at the coffee machines caused a bit of a log jam and sadly the hot food was bordering on cold. In saying that, if we had talked to the staff about it Im sure it would have been heated up for us but I think new warmers would be in order. Dont let this put you off, the Resort is very well kept, in a lovely situation next to the Marina and the bar and new Thai Restaurant on site are lovely.

Its in a perfect spot, the apartment has a small kitchen, lovely lounge with some UK TV if that is important to you, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (very rare to find this) and a small balcony with table and chairs to while away an hour if you dont fancy the beach or sitting around the pool, with very well kept grounds and, for us, no children so peaceful. The staff are excellent, alot of smiles! and nothing is too much trouble. They were particularly kind to help us with our cases and made sure Mum was in a room close by us. The pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds and Balinese Beds.

Room 3 - outside hot tub was a disappointment, felt dirty and old, so we did NOT use it. And it was small... General Bar service was slow.

Pool set-up as was good but let down by service of drinks which was meant to be included in price. Breakfast was excellent and fresh - only que was for Coffee. Some of the staff in the restaurant were a bit odd and rude only interested in some guest and ignoring others. The cold food buffy was okay but the cooked breakfast was tasteless and cold. Especially the fried eggs I didn’t see anyone eating them. No salt and pepper or ketchup on the table, when I asked for some ketchup I had to wait for 5 minutes so the breakfast was then stone cold. I felt it was an inconvenience for the girl to get some for me In the end I gave up and helped myself to salt pepper under the work stations for the rest of the holiday or did without, as the staff were not interested. On the last morning an elderly member of staff gave us a card with her name on and offered a free buffy for an evening meal, which I didn't understand as we were clearly going home? I did say it was a bit late and she insisted we took her card? Maybe she thought we would give a good review? I did think this was very weird and pointless as she had ignored me all week and made me feel invisible.

Everything was great. If I had to be really picky the charge to use the Bali beds was quite high (although I was aware of this at the time of booking).

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff in particular just couldn't do enough for you! The whole experience was super relaxing.

Nothing except the storms on Sunday, which the hotel dealt with well, doing a huge job, keeping everywhere cleared and clean for Monday morning.

Staff were really helpful, mentioning Brauloi, who was working everyday during our stay, made us welcome.

Saturday is pool party day, it got very busy with people who had paid to come for the day. It felt a little like an 18-30 party, lots of alcohol, inflatables and big groups of people. We felt a little intimidated by the big groups. This was the only thing that let the resort down and I would recommend staying away from the pool if you are not a party person on a Saturday.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The complex was spotlessly clean. Food was plentiful and the cocktails were strong. The cabanas around the pool are well worth the 45 euros but there are no problems getting a sunbed if you don't want to pay. No children allowed which was amazing. Pool was beautiful and quiet except for the Saturday pool party.

Sometimes we got a slight smell from the shower in the morning, but cleared with a little water. I think it was the proximity to the marina. I hasten to add that it didn’t have a bearing on our holiday.

The property was very clean and tidy, with daily cleaning. It was right in the heart of the resort, but still had a chilled out feeling. They sent us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit for our wedding anniversary, which was a nice touch.

no actual wardrobe in the bedroom so when clothes hung up does feel very cluttered & messy. shower is also in the room so if staying with a friend for instance there is no privacy.

comfortable bedrooms, nice pool area, great breakfast and lovely staff. nice balcony area attached to our room. good location in the area, beside a nice beach and lots of walking routes. the town area itself is quite touristy and the restaurants aren’t great but hotel is lovely.
