Some of the room layouts are a bit odd with the entrance through the bedroom. €5 a day to use the air con also seems a little steep - would rather it was included.

An excellent small resort. It’s in a great location and has everything you’d need within easy walking distance. Despite sometimes being busy, the pool area was always quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and lunch options were very good. Most staff were very friendly.

The restaurant/bar could stay open to at least 5pm instead of the 3:30pm but this was only mildly inconvenient.

This is a great apartment complex. Small enough to be intimate and friendly. It is ideally located away from noise and yet close to various amenities. Breakfast was superb and staff were extremely helpful.

Jacuzzi did not work, swimming pool was a bit on the cold side

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Optimal position, many free parking spaces around. Very quiet. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

No vegetarian options. If something might have been veggie it wasnt marked 'V'. Personal groan was the cleaners trolleys, noisy wheels all through the day. Should have been more photos of the junior suite as the 2nd bedroom was tiny and dark.

Location was excellent. Well maintained gardens. No children. Quiet and restful. Nice pool away from view and wind.

Main living room, kitchen and balcony large and bright - ours with ocean view. Bedroom and bathroom small and dark.

Location is excellent for nearby beach / dune / bar / restaurant access - yet also quiet at night.

Customer treatment was really poor. We ordered 1 bedroom (and 1 bed) bigger apartment, that we got and hotel was not willing to admit, that they made a mistake in their system, as our reservation was correct (confirmed with booking.com agent). At first, nobody from hotel was willing to offer us customer-friendly solution (correct apartment, compensation, etc). We needed to fight for that and do the follow-up complaint to booking.com agent. I had an impression, that they simply took a chance and gave us worse room and thought, we would be ok with this solution and we wouldnt be complaining. After the complaints we got an extra apartment as an compensation of the error in their system. So at the end everything was fine, we liked the resort, location and "welcome drink". However I need to give smaller rating due to their initial treatment towards us, as they were convincing us, that we got, what we ordered and they were not apologetic at all. In this case "Customer is always right" attitude from the Resort side was not applied, even when in fact we were right.

What we liked most about this accommodation was breakfast. Big offer a bit different every day.

Tried to book for next year but it would appear it is generally fully booked. It shows how good the facilities are. Sad to have to leave.

The accommodation was fabulous, great facilities, lovely breakfast, cleaned daily (including the rooms). Fantastic gardens and a good location close to everything. The staff at breakfast was friendly and accommodating and there was lots of choice. Will definitely stay there again.

the food gave us food poisoning. they need to find a better way of using the buffet. the eggs kept us in bed for almost 3 days with Severely painful cramps and diarrhea.

great location but needs a better way to deal with the roaches and ants. there were big and small roaches all over the apartment. ants were all over place and in your bed.
