Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was nothing we disliked about CASP 74. Everything was great, and we look forward to staying in with them again when we return. The elevator is in great condition so we didn't have any problems getting to our room on the higher floor.
The staff was wonderful! Jordi was very welcoming and made sure to direct us to great restaurants. We will certainly be back! We love it here! They went out of their way for us with everything we needed. The customer service is EXCELLENT!

Absolutely nothing to not like about our stay here. Cannot fault it at all. We had one instance of a light not coming on and it was sorted for us very quickly and with no fuss.
Everything about this property was wonderful. The location suited us well and the apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen was great and gave us the option to eat in when we wanted to. Cleaning was done every day and nothing was too much trouble. The reception team were very helpful and available round the clock should they be needed; they also gave us tips on where to eat and booked taxis for us. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

There was a bad smell sometimes, like a sewage smell coming from the sinks. Luckily there are a lot of air fresheners to combat it. Only 2 bathrooms and two of the bedrooms didn’t have very much natural light.
The apartment was fantastic and better than we’d imagined. Very spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful and check-in was seamless. The garden is lovely.

Toilet is rather old & worn. Dishwasher racks were rusted. No tissue or kitchen paper roll but staff quickly went out to get us a pack which was really sweet. Can consider 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water each day?

The cleaning lady left the windows open and we came late, fell asleep and froze first night so be sure to double check the windows!
Everything! The location is great from Plaza Catalunya so close to the airport bus, it's so big and comfortable and clean, the kitchen is perfect and reception is so helpful, they got us a taxi to Sants train station. Really wonderful apartment, only the bathroom is a bit small amd needs renovation to make it perfect.

Great Location! The cleaning service was excellent and performed daily. It was super easy to retrieve the keys from the reception desk. On the day of our departure, the receptionist arranged a taxi for us and was incredibly helpful with everything. We will definitely return!

Everything was perfect and I am satisfied with my experience at Casp74 Apartments.I expected an apartment with an acces to a small terrace or yard ,but not a problem :)

Found the lighting and comfort in the living area poor. Chestabed very uncomfortable for lounging.
