Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent hotel in a great location with fantastic staff. Great smell, yes smell! in the reception area. Didn't have the breakfast but had a Club Sandwich on the pool terrace and that was very good. Pool terrace a lovely retreat from the busy streets. Room was lovely, had a balcony room at the front of the hotel overlooking the street but windows are good and room is quiet. Excellent shower in room and Nespresso coffee machine in room also, very nice. Above all the staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They are a valuable asset to this hotel.

Everything was perfect.
Staff were all excellent. Very kind, professional and accommodating to the needs of the guest. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They have the art of hospitality which comes from the heart. There were times when I felt like I was staying in a private home with wonderful hosts - that's how good they were. rooms were great. Food is excellent.

1. Room cleaning - not great for the premium price. Dirty floors under the beds. And our second day, we came at night and the room was not great. Glasses and cups from the previous days were still on the desk. Dirt on the floor. It wasn’t terrible and i was tired to complain but i was dissapointed because it is a great hotel. 2. Staff - i checked in late and the guy was very nice but after that, while they were not rude, they were not exceptional. Just basic service. The only one who was more attentive was the porter. 3. I knew this but i still want to say, the balconies are facing front, on busy street. So if you want fresh air or just relax outside, it is noisy. But if you close door, it isolates the cars and it is not bad. Still, it is busy out there with lots of city noisy and dust.
1. Room -spacious (i paid for a larger room), remodeled, good beds and elegant style. 2. The hotel was beautiful. Very nice lobby, pool, and welcoming 3. Location - bus, metro or walk everywhere.

The pool is small and should be heated if it is a luxury item during spring time. Else it is of no use.
The location, the support from staff at desk, in kitchen and restaurant. The property has good space and good guidance was provided to visit the places not just around but full barcelona. Overall enjoyed.

The bathroom is nice but could be more functional - from water not spilling everywhere from shower to a better way to flush! The rooms are bit smaller compared to other major European cities.

If the lights of the modem in the room are disturbing at night. If they find a way to cover the lights, everything will be perfect.
A stylish, clean and comfortable hotel. The location of the hotel is already in the best place possible. The rooms come with a coffee maker, slippers etc. The staff is caring and friendly. They made us very happy by upgrading our room without our request, and we stayed in a large and beautiful room.

The hotel is located in the centre of Barcelona in a walking distance from La ramblas. It is renovated, very clean with decent sized rooms. We have been travelling to Barcelona for years and we stayed in numerous hotels but after staying to that one it is our choice ever since. The staff is super nice as well.
