the last day we realised that the fridge in our room was not working properly so we had to throw away some food that had spoiled.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights. The room was very clean, bed wonderfully comfortable and the room quiet. The staff professional and friendly. I used the gym a few times which is clean and tidy (they even give you extra towels) although very small, but I think very few people use it during the stay, so I was always alone during the workout and all the machines were at my disposal :) The pool on the terrace is very small, don't imagine big spaces on the rooftop (as well as the breakfast area) but it's a nice place to relax outside. The hotel is right in front of the Clot metro and a short walk from Pobleneu so it is a perfect location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel :)

- The bedsheets were a bit annoying & not very warm - The shower could use a bigger glas „door“, the way it is designed we always splashed half the bathroom - Some of the baked goods at breakfast always tasted like they were a day or two old, not so fresh - barista plant milk instead of normal one would be great for coffee ;)

- The staff was very nice (especially Erika) - The location is close to a Metro station that‘ll take you anywhere & close to the Sagrada - Breakfast is good with a wide variety, lots of fruit & different kinds of bread - The room was nice, we loved the big mirrors & wardrobe - Beds were comfy

When we arrived we had a really warm welcome from Erika. she was lovely explaining everything to me and my mum, and she has upgraded us to a superior room for two nights which was amazing. Room was really big and comfortable and had everything what you might need. The hotel itself is located in the really cool area, away from hassle and bustle but conveniently only 15min walk from Sagrada Familia. Round the corner there were multiple cafes, restaurant so we didn't have to walk far to get something to eat, close to Pharmacy and tube station, just perfect. The rooftop swimming pool was just a bonus.

Soundproofing needs to be dramatically improved as we could hear EVERYTHING the people in the next room did!!! Asked for extra empty cups as 1 room had a kettle and the lady in the breakfast area almost broke into tears letting us have them.

Staff were very helpful in particular Erica on reception. Rooms all close together and very clean. Rooms recently updated and modern. Balcony was a bonus which was lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The window of our room did not close properly and the nights were really chill. Unfortunately the heating was not working in the entire building, so just had to add an extra layer of clothing

Thw only negative was there was no bar where you could sit and have a drink in the evening. The hotel was too small to have this and it may have been my fault for not reading the hotel description. That said, you could purchase a beer from the supermarket and sit on rooftop terrace.

The hotel was situated close to the metro and only 15mins walk to Sagrada Familia. The reception staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a roof terrace which was open and a very small pool on the roof.

The temperature in the room at night could get a bit too much but that's more our fault for not consulting the hotel staff and finding out how to adjust the settings in the room.

The location is terrific. Very close to the metro plus there are lots of nice bars & cafes nearby to the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The shower was top notch.

The hotel is very well located, 3 minutes walk from the metro station. The taxi rank is right next to the hotel and there are many shops, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and cosy with good beds and everything we needed for a long stay. I would especially like to mention the lovely staff at the hotel and would especially like to thank Albert for his professionalism, courtesy and help.

Good location close to Metro and the Renef train from the airport (RN2). Had a lovely room on 8th floor, very quiet and a good size. Definitely value for money, especially as booked well in advance. Booked breakfast on 1 day was good selection and good quality, didn't have any of the hot food. Selection of bars and restaurants around the area too.

there was no toilet brush, the hair drying was switchimg off after few seconds (as was overheating), and the temperature was not possible to regulate in room (i believe this is due winter months, so the building A/C is switched off)

One aspect of our stay that we found less than ideal was the level of noise from the street when we opened the window in the evening, before sleep. But it was not that terrible, it's fine.

Hotel was pleasant and met our needs for a short visit (1 night) to the area. The hotel is well-located. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival. We were pleased to find our room and the hotel's common areas clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay.
