Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaThe reception staff was friendly & helpful with maps & tips on what we should see and how to get there. The room was small but very well appointed, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It was very clean, renovated, and updated in rooms and common areas, shampoo and shower gel provided, and brand new bed linen and towels. Rooms were cleaned and the bed was fixed every day. They had a large choice in the breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice, an omelet made by the chef in front of you and they also offer gluten-free bread rolls and lactose-free milk. Perfect location just 200 meters from the train and metro and 950 meters from Sagrada Familia itself. All in all it was a wonderful little find and I would definitely come back and stay in the same hotel when I get the chance to visit again Barcelona.

United KingdomI didn’t like the bath in the room for showers - a new shower would be nicer. The elevators seems a bit old.
Amazing location just a very short walk from metro station Clot, and from there can reach easily any tourist destinations in Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly, room spacious and clean, well-equipped. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing - lots of Spanish meat, cheese, fruits, fresh omelettes and eggs, even pancake and waffle maker available and juicer machine for fresh oranges. Very good gym with enough equipment for weight lifting exercises, only 1 barbell that can be used in many different ways, but not a problem as I was always the only one at the gym. Loved it.

RomaniaThe only thing that they should pay more attention to is the plates used for serving breakfast, because we found a lot of dirty ones between the cleaned ones and it was not pleasant.
The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was really good and varied , the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Close to the Sagrada Familia (12 minutes walk), supermarkets, local food markets and also close to the metro and bus station.

RomaniaEven tho the hotel was very clean, we encountered a problem with bed bugs. We stayed in the room 220 and around midnight i woke up with a lot of bites allover my hands so i started to check the mattress and I found a few small bed bugs and a big one. It was clear that the problem was not old because of the clean sheets and mattress. We went to the reception with photos and asked for another room, and they gave us a room on another floor without discussion and appologised for the inconvenience.
The room was very spacious, clean with a big dressing with mirrors. We had teas and coffee and a big TV. The bathroom also big, with a bathtub and supplies for shower. The personal was very nice, they speak english and cleaned our room daily. We did not have breakfast, but i liked that we could go to the restaurant or order in the room. We also liked that we had a big window with the agbar in sight.

United KingdomMyself and my daughter requested a twin room. We were given a double bed. We asked for a twin to be told there was a convention on in the hotel, and there was none available. The tea and coffee and milk supplies were rubbish. 4 tea bags and 2 tiny milk every day.

PortugalThe hotel is being renovated which means there are noises due to the work being done early in the morning (starting at 8 am). Although there are several metro stations nearby it's not very close to the center.
The hotel is being renovated so the room felt as new. It was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also liked the amenities included in the room (for making tea and coffee). It was like being in a 4-star hotel for the price of a 3-star. The hotel is within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia cathedral. Also there are lots of supermarkets, coffee-shops and restaurants in the area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable. Location is 4 metro stations away from the city center, is quiet and has stores, restaurants and pharmacies close to it. Internet is fast.
