Noisy rooms. Street noise and noise from inside hotel. Difficult to sleep with that traffic noise. Rooms sound proof is really bad. Difficult accessible for disabled people. There two steps in the hall and two steps inside the room.

Location is great. Rooms are large. You have everything you need, from hairdryer to umbrella in case it rains. Rituals shampoo and soap.

I loved everything about my stay! It was perfect!

The H10 Plaza Catalunya is an elegant, boutique hotel nestled right on the main square of Barcelona. I loved the welcome water/champagne in the lobby, the comfortable bed and luxurious linens, towels, bathrobe, and slippers. The hand-delivered cookies, juice, and chocolates were such a nice surprise. The black and white room decor from the 19th century made me feel like I was in a classic movie... so chick and elegant! I normally do not like hotel bath gel, but even the scent of the soap seemed spa-like!

Mirrors in lobby needed to be replaced.

The staff went above and beyond to take care of our every need. The bartender gave us so many helpful hints for our travels in Barcelona. We’re so happy we stayed there and will return.

The location is right in the city center and easily accessible by taxi, bus, or metro. The rooms are very big and a big plus that there is no carpet (in my opinion it’s much more hygienic)

Lift a bit noisy but that was a minor niggle

Great central location. It was useful to have the option of breakfast which was a good selection of food. Having the terrace on the room was a bonus as well.

The common area was extremely bad looking specially in the second floor. Also the people at the front door won’t show any curtesty to new guests. It is more like check-in of a motel

We booked six months in advance and requested twin beds. We were given a small double. Bedroom was well=equipped but small, and we had to sit on the beds as there were no chairs. Every day we returned to the hotel after four or five hours, but our room had never been cleaned; once it was only cleaned after 19.00 hours.

Excellent breakfast, though very expensive. A very nice-looking hotel with courteous staff.

Perfect location, friendly staff, room was comfortable for one, especially liked the shower and rituals products; welcome chocolates were a nice touch, can leave luggage with the front desk after check out or before room was available, overall a nice stay!

Having to carry all my bags up stairs as the lifts didn’t reach to my floor. But it’s an old building so I understand.

We had an amazing stay here. It was so central to everything. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms exceptionally clean and beds super comfy. I can't recommend here highly enough. Definitely stay here again when next in Barcelona
