We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location of the hotel is central to all amenities. Pools are extremely large and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was OK. Plenty of choice.

SpainRoom decor needed refurbishing in comparison to other hotels at the resort, otherwise everything else was very good. Lifts are a little slow, but no solution for these.
Room was on the top 8th floor, great views across to Benmadena and coast.There was a mini fridge for own use. TV Channels (English) choice were better than most hotels. Coffee/Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Internet very good.

United Kingdombut disappointed with room, furnishings appear a bit tired. The night we arrived room was warm, so asked at reception if the air condition was not working, told they don't put it on till end of March, it was hotel policy. asked if we could have a fan, was told they didn't have one. Bathroom was very small and had no ventilation or extractor, making it very hot, would not like to be there in summer time. also with it having a 4 star rating we would expect the room to have Tea and coffee making facility. It did have a fridge was great.

United KingdomOnly allowed to take away 2 drinks from the bar, there was 4 in our party. bar staff not friendly, very short with people. Food a bit boring, no entertainment, all inclusive finished at 11pm. arrived at 11pm on first day and did not get a drink or food, not even a bottle of water, so missed full day of all inclusive and was leaving early on last day.

Super location so near the railway station. The Lift to the Promenade is only a short walk from hotel. Really 😊 nice staff and hotel was spotlessly clean . It was also great value for money
