Very noisy; we could hear everyone talking loudly in the rooms around us. Dog barking in someone's room. Cigarette smoke in the corridors despite being a non-smoking hotel. The receptionist had mentioned that the hotel is non-smoking. The room was very basic, and there is nothing wrong with basic -- we did not expect otherwise, but there was not even a picture on the blank white walls. Completely void of decoration.

Friendly and polite reception; parking on street in front of hotel. Good location near the sea but off the main road. Nice little view of the sea.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they recommended some places to visit in Vilanova which we really enjoyed. The hotel has a charming character to it, compared to the usual modern and sometimes soulless places.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from the beach. My room had a sea view which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately I only stayed one night so I was not able to use all the facilities. I would recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment. Strange window between the bathroom and bedroom gave a lack of privacy.

Excellent restaurant. The set lunch was particularly good value. The hotel courtyard was a nice quiet spot to sit and have a drink. Very clean.

We stayed 2 days for the weekend in June, and both days the restaurant and hotel salon at ground floor had several events organized, which was very noisy from approximately 5-6 pm till 12 pm, until people were outside on the main terrace and live music was played with extremely noisy drums. We have been notified the day before arrival, when there was no option to cancel the booking. We tried to escape from it and be back as latest as possible in the room. Reception was really friendly, but they didnt really solve the situation or managing the extreme noise caused by live drums and instruments. Felt like the hotel and the restaurant is more concentrated on events than hoteling.

Very good location, close to city centre with bars and restaurants (approx 15 minutes walk). Staff was very friendly at reception.

Great self catering apartment with private terrace. Comfy beds and adequate bathroom with good shower. Good location to walk to local restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff. We didn’t have the breakfast but it did look really good.

Gluten free breackfast was not so good and was a bit expensive.

The wardrobe smelt a little musty. There were flaking and peeling paint/drywall in some areas. There was a leak in the bathroom sealant. Would improve experience to have a refrigerator to keep small bits in. Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room (Kettle)

Second time returning after pandemic as last time we loved so much. Location is exceptional with a literal 2 mins walk from the beach (view from our room too), 5 min walk from an array of restaurants. Staff are so friendly and very understanding of our non-catalan speaking. Facilities are great with a pool, bar, restaurant, rooftop terrace and a nice indoor seating area. New digital room locks were very swish, quite loud though. The bed is super comfy too. Our favourite place to stay.

The hotel is quite far from low cost airports of Reus and Girona - I flew into Girona, and it was about two-three hours journey. El Prat is about one hour to ninety minutes away by train.

The hotel is located away from the main town centre area of Vilanova, making it a nice and quite place to stay at. Town center itself is only a ten minute walk with restaurants, shops and other amenities. It is about two minutes walk from a quiet beach and a model railway. Room I booked was spacious with a clean bathroom - bathtub, shower, bidet and toilet were all present. Hotel WiFi was fast and reliable. Bed was very comfy.

quirkiness, location, cleanliness, staff very pleasant and they accept dogs! Massive comfy bed!
