Noisy all night parties, fortunately only audible from the balcony, but they must have affected other residents. Microwave had lots of buttons without labels, and no instructions. Someone came to help us with it. Car parking not always easy Overflow parking was quite far away. Rather isolated situation. You need a car to get anywhere.

Very spacious apartment, well soundproofed. Large balcony. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Efficient cooker, oven and washing machine. Kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Lovely view across the complex to mountains.

Mattressess could be updated and maybe some more kitchen utility would be nice if you stay longer and would like to cook, but we could manage it all!

We really liked our apartment, it was huge, bright and comfortable. We really appreciated that every bedroom has a bathroom and we had an extra toilet downstairs. Jacuzzi was a huge plus and it is also very big, especially for 3 people. Enviroment is beautiful.

The towels are changed every 8 days but for us it wasn't good as we stayed 11 days so in my opinion the towels should be changed in the middle of the stay - in our case on the 5th or 6th day. We just washed the towels in the washing machine - we didn't wait until the 8th day. You need a car to go to the beach/shop/nearest city etc..

We like the sea and mountain views from our terrace, private jacuzzi, and clean rooms and bathrooms. There are also nice swimming pools and helpful staff. It wasn't very expensive for 11-day stay in a private 3 floor villa with private jacuzzi. Washing machine has a built-in dryer which is also a bonus. The £200 deposit that was taken from my account, it should have been a hold. The food restaurant wasn’t up to standard and the opening hours are poor.

The outdoor furniture old and not confortable, inside also old, but good. Dishes for cooking is in bad condition and few. We bought our griddle for cooking and dish to make a salats. Location is out of town and sea, you need car to get the place.

Appartmens was good, a lot of space. Very quite area. Not far, about 12 km from Estapona and 20 from Marbella. Few km to the beach and supermarkets.

Perhaps needs some touches to make it more child safe, eg. gate on the stairs, non slip mat for bath etc

The breakfast should be more attractive. 😋 there was missing food at some point. I meant a little more variety wouldn't kill anyone.

My daughters pyjamas were lost with the bed lines when they changed the sheets. Reception was unable to locate them and didn’t offer any reimbursement. No supermarket on site

the only downside and it’s nothing major but some days we liked cooking at home and unfortunately the kitchen lacked roasting tins or baking sheets for the oven. everything else was manageable.

perfect location in the hills of Benahavis quiet enough with plenty of space around pools. great private hot tub on roof. close to everything. nice restaurant, pool and bar. not crowded at all. staff are super friendly and professional.

The villa was a little dirty. The snack bar was closed all week.

Great view, three pools, well equipped gym, nice staff. Villa was great for six, three bathrooms. The residence was calm and quiet but we were there in June, might not be the case in summer. Staff was reactive anytime we had an issue.

Bar closes a bit early...they where telling us last orders by 10pm, which I think is still early for a weekend

Ordering food from your room is not delivered, you have to go and collect it yourself! Never heard of that before. Reception and the restaurant is at the top of a steep hill, so not ideal if you don't have a car to get there.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious, light and homely. Great facilities in the apartment to meet all needs. Great for families. Lovely pools and plenty of sun loungers.

We had a jacuzzi in our apartment and it was really funtastic after days gold round. Start of the breakfast was really late 8 Am onwards but the staff was very friendly and flexible and we were able to get it earlier

restaurants closed at 10pm, so if you came at 9:30 the staff were telling you there were ready to go home, so it is not taking orders. coffee machine on the pool bar get broken on the first day, and for the other 15 days of our stay was never fixed. constant issues with a safe box in the room. every single time the staff was helping, but it was just waste of time. patio furniture work and dirty. the apartment floor wasn't cleaned properly before we came. the lifeguard (spanish speaking only) never put any attention to kids eating ice creams in the pool, or their parents drinking alcohol there. not much shade or sun parasols near to the pool. just an info... the car is required in that location.

very specious apartment; nice three pools, good equipment kitchen. niece and quiet place for holidays with not many people. always parking spaces available.

Restaurant was lovely, food was good and great service but unfortunately on our last night we waiting over an hour for food and my food arrived cold. A small thing some might say but as it was our last night we were looking forward to finishing off our holiday and we were left disappointed.

The accommodation was so clean, comfortable and spacious. Couldn't fault it in anyway. On arrival the girl in reception was so welcoming and helpful. Was a lovely quite location especially for families and a good base to stay and travel to and from Benehavis, Marbella and Porto Banus as we hired a car having read other reviews before going. A car is a must as shops are a good distance away. Would totally recommend to others.
