Room for 3 was fine, clean tidy and the experience was very good, very efficient and an excellent location with great views over the marina

Did not know about major road upgrades along front of hotel and marina, the hotel was nice but we would have booked elsewhere in Palma if we had known beforehand. It was noisy and dusty to walk past.

Palma old town is beautiful, the castle and cathedral are well worth a visit

Road works outside but they weren’t noisy and didn’t cause any inconvenience. the bus from the airport didn’t currently stop outside the hotel because of road works

Rooms don’t have any sound isolation, out of season it wasn’t a big problem but I can’t imagine it during season when hotel is full of guests. The door to the room could only be locked by slamming it, which was loud and was heard a lot in neighboring rooms. I missed bigger cup for tea during breakfast, only a small cups for coffee were there

I arrived in the morning before lunch, staff were very helpfull, early check in was without any problems and extra fee. Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was tasty, plenty of choice, included local meal. Hotel is close to the sea with a marina (no beach), in a walking distance to the city center and several bus stop. Bus stop to the ariport is in a walking distance too (aprox 10-15 minutes). Room with a sea view was amazing, but be carefull during summer months - the third floor sea view rooms are at the level of the pool and sunbathing terrace - it could disturb during season when someone wants to relax in the room during the day or in the evening. There is shops and restaurant in the neighborhood

There are roadworks outside the hotel, but they are a very small inconvenience.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our two night stay, it's a lovely 20 minute walk from the Old Town, with a beautiful sun deck on the third floor overlooking the marina. There were plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day, there's a pool, hot tub and bar/café on the same level. The staff are lovely and the rooms are perfect for a short stay, I'll definitely stay again if I return to Palma.

Not the fault of the hotel but the roadworks meant that parking was a nightmare, as was Uber pick up, but hopefully the municipality of Palma will finish the ongoing roadworks soon!

The staff are outstanding. They have two apple Mac’s and I needed to do something and the internet wasn’t working, I informed front desk and they immediately got their tech guy on it and he fixed the issue. The 3rd floor with jacuzzi is very nice and has a great view of the port. The breakfast spread is very big.

The avenue outside was a building site renewing road pavement and lighting all the way down causing noise and dust as you walked along hard to cross to marina side . Most business were closed due to works

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Great location, we had a triple room, big bathroom with great shower. Hotel and room were very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Too noise from other rooms and from corridor... Later I discovery many other cheaper places around with better quality Also, the constructions on the street made the experience worst... Coffee break is too expensive too

The smart TV in our room was a good addition, but didn't have English channels.

The location was great, though the roadworks going on outside were a bit of an inconvenience. The pool and sundeck were a good facility, however the pool was freezing, possibly as it was still early in the season.

Bedrooms a little small and the room I had a bit noisy as near the lift and the back where the bins were, so constant collection of large bins. The front door also had a gap in, so a light was shining though during the night. Would be great if they provided slippers

Walls of room. Don’t have any soundproofing so we would hear people’s out on the corridor. Plus footpaths outside of the hotel, we’re all being redone. I’m sure they’ll be useful when they are completed. Hotel have no control over footpaths but made walking a little more difficult.

The jacuzzi is small and the gym hardly any equipments and small

Friendly staff close to everything and very helpful and accommodating staff members. Their 3rd floor swimming and jacuzzi is nice and with a beautiful view of the sea.
