Good parking. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding with something to suit everyone.

The rooms are note properly isolated. There was a party in a room upstairs that could easily be heard. Could hear people passing by in the hall with their luggage.

Great location, good value for money, staff helpful. Were not able to accommodate with earlier breakfast but helped us with heating the oats we brought ourself. Was low season so not much going on in the town.

We had an evening meal for our three nights. The food was very good -- not exceptional -- but was good value for reasonable cost. However dinner began at 8pm which was quite late for us. The bar lacked atmosphere, but in fairness the whole scene was enhanced by a tango dancing festival taking place when we were there. The ladies provided a great colourful spectacle.

Very near the wonderful Cullera beach but not a lot happening at our end of the lovely walkway. It lacked buzz in the off-season. Great, however for wandering around the town which has lots of restaurants and local bars.

Cleaning stuff started too early…. every morning we heard them starting around 7.30 which is not okay, when you are on holiday.

Good location close to the beach and plenty of parking places. Nice breakfast as well. This hotel had best pillows I have ever seen in a hotel.

Lack of English speaking hotel staff. Reception could always speak English but no one else it seemed.

Clean facility with friendly staff. We went off peak so nice and quiet at the hotel. Breakfast was OK and dinning Hall was clean. Hotel was at far end of the promenade where the cafes where open but again I think this would be different during holiday season. Bar staff where accommodating but no one was able to speak English which was a bit frustrating.

A little outdated - looks like was no reconstruction since 2000s as can be seen of worn out surfaces, technics etc. Too strong fragrance aroma around the hotel. thin walls and marble floor will make you wake up as soon as the cleaning around the hotel begins

4pm is later than usual for a room to br ready. No where open at 7am to grab a coffee on the way to airport.

Cullera area is just a concrete tourist jungle, not great for nature and escaping the crowds.

Great value for money and room size. 49 euros a night for a 39m2 room with sofa, balcony with view of the mountain and nice bathroom. Everything clean. Staff friendly.

- the breakfast was not great unfortunately: too many cheap sweets from the supermarket - massive price change per night if I also wanted to book from Friday to Sunday which is this case would have been terrible value for money as I would receive the exact same service

There is only one small thing , it could do with better products in the room, we had no shower gel during our stay and did tell reception , we had to use the hand soap , when you only travel for a few days , you cannot bring liquids so it’s appreciated, when the hotel supply it , this is only a small thing though , as we could have purchased some from local supermarket. The hotel is lovely with great staff.

Breakfast was good and varied , staff were great , plenty of everything. Location great for the beach , about 20 minute walk to the centre of town.

They forgot about our food order from the bar, and it when it arrived it was almost cold. Not a big deal, but the decor in the room looked like it hadn't been changed in around 20 years; a lot of wood panelling.

Very comfortable and well-maintained. Efficient staff (if not overly-friendly). Buffet breakfast was very good value for money.

There was no warm blanket in the room. Even though it's summer, especially if sleeping with airconditioner on, the warm blanket would be a great addition. Breakfast was quite blunt and tasteless but the variety is big enough.

Everything about it was great and we'd love to come back! The room was comfy, the balcony was lovely, pool access was a great bonus, parking was comfortable.
