The number of rooms is a bit old, it would be nice to have some cosmetic renovations. I didn't find the beds very comfortable. But all this did not stop us from having a wonderful holiday.

Good location. The staff is very responsive, speaks several languages, you can contact us with any question at any time. The food is good, high quality. Breakfast is monotonous, but everyone can find acceptable food for themselves. Dinners are good, dishes changed/supplemented every day. The tablecloths are always clean, the waiters are attentive. The breakfast could be improved a bit as there isn’t that much selection. Room decor could be updated as the room was a bit plain and the bedsheets didn’t look modern.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. It was pretty quiet this time of year but I saw that as a good thing as the pool wasn’t crowded. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and everything worked as needed. Location is good as it is away from the clubs so it’s peaceful at night.

Friendly and outgoing staff, early night events such as karaoke and trivia, ideal for some post dinner relaxation before hitting the town, alongside an overall pleasant atmosphere. We were hosted in a sunny, fresh and comfortable room, facing east, allowing us to catch quite a few sunrises! The swimming pool was clean and not crowded, bar and restaurant service were excellent, and the hotel is literally 6 minutes away from the closest beach. I would definitely pick this hotel for my next trip to Mallorca.

Cleaning every day - changed towels and bedclothes, but a warning for allergy sufferers - strong chemicals are also used for cleaning, after breakfast when the staff were cleaning, it was really hard to breathe - the smell of chemicals was everywhere, I couldn't stay in such a room and had to leave on the outside However, this is just my opinion - it didn't bother others. Also I have a question about wet cleaning - despite changing the linen and towels, cleaning the bathroom, the room has been always a bit dusty. The hotel needs at least a light cosmetic repair of the rooms - the walls were shabby and cracked. You could hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING that happened in the neighboring rooms - all conversations, snoring, breathing and especially the TV. Despite the fact that we arrived not in the very tourist season, we could not sleep without earplugs. One gets the impression that everything that happens with the neighbors behind the wall is in your room. Therefore, I advise you to stock up on earplugs and patience, and in general, it would be good to put noise-absorbing panels in the rooms - it seemed that the walls were made of cardboard.

The entire staff is wonderful and very responsible for their work. At the reception, there are qualified employees who know their work and will gladly help you with your questions. The kitchen also has a brilliant staff - waiters, chefs were very friendly and always smiling. When fully seated in the dining room, everyone behaved harmoniously as one mechanism. The food is very tasty, I think everyone will find something to their taste here. Great location - literally a couple of minutes to the beach and a minute to the bus stop. The hotel is not in the very center of loud cafes and restaurants. Internet worked great. The air conditioner worked well and you could control the temperature. The room is bright, the view from the balcony is good. The pool is always clean, free sunbeds, there was enough space for everyone. Every evening there was an entertainment program.

The next door neighbours were so awful banging the wall every night when you came home couldn't sit on the balcony they were out shouting made us feel like we were walking on eggshells around them bumping the queue at breakfast and for drinks

The beds were uncomfortable and the room quality was a bit like students' dormitory rooms (in Poland). We were supposed to have a couple's bed, but it was just two single beds joined. The beds were on wheels, so the bed was moving around and in the end we were sleeping on one bed. I really disliked the showers that were poorly done and one time I almost slipped due to shower being a bath with shower handle weirdly positioned. The breakfast was bland and boring. Everyday there was english breakfast being served. The dinners were a bit better as long as you were eating a fish. Instead of serving spaniah cuisine, we've had dishes like sushi, lasagne, spaghetti, chicken burgers. Only once there was a paella which was really delicious. The food is ok, but don't expect delicious flavours as it is more about quantity rather than quality.

The thing I liked the most was the localisation and how easy it was to get to the hotel from the airport. The bus stop was 3 minutes of walking from the Hotel. Bus to the airport was even closer, so the whole island was easily accessible with buses. The other thing that I loved was the bidet in my room. I can't emphesize enough how much I love this utility. The view from our balcony was nice and the staff was really nice.the hotel has showtime everyday for people who don't have evening plans with fun stuff like karaoke, live music or bingo. The barman was really cool and made us delicious drinks. In our room there were power outlets, air conditioning and a bath.

Slowly wifi connection on the room. I recommend the hotel to add fridge to the rooms - which is missing during our stay and will be very helpful to have cold drinks. :)

Hotel has everything you need, powerful shower, comfortable beds, nice pool and view from balcony. Great location as was a 10 minute walk from the main strip. Our stay included tasty breakfast and dinner. There are lots of free parking places in front of hotel. Not a noisy place to stay.

Good size room. Location great, near bus stop and Magaluf beach is lovely. It is a good location to stay and rent a car and go to north to enjoy the most natural beaches. Staff very welcome and helpful. Food selection for breakfast and dinner really good with lots of option and variety between days.

It was quite loud, if you are going to relax better to find hotel not in this part of the Palma.

Breakfast time should start earlier and dinner should start later. Ice scoop was always too deep in the water, so that the first one who touched it made it unhygienic for the next one to use the ice scoop if he didn't want to eat ice cream touched by others hands. Expensive drinks at dinner, free water option was warm water. Juice for breakfast was tasteless. Fries most of the time not fried enough and sloppy. Ketchup too sweet. Nice pool area, but no efforts to make any attractions or events on it. Swimming not allowed after 9 PM. Some quiz nights but noone attended. The guy for booking events was nowhere to be found. It takes 1 hour to Palma for only 18 Km. Quite expensive for the service offered.

Many young people don't know where they are and don't respect the relaxation of others, but I know that it is not the hotel's fault.

I have been to many half-board accommodations before, but the food here was very diverse and delicious. Of course, the staff was also very kind.
