I wish the room had a window giving on the outside rather than on the indoor courtyard.

The size of the single room was decent with a large bathroom and it was very clean. It was all really well organised and the location really good.

The disco across the street that went all night long — meaning that even with all of my windows tightly closed and earplugs in I was hearing people partying all night long — was problematic. Neither I nor my friend got any sleep.

It was a great location, I appreciated having parking right there, and the staff were wonderful.

The room smelled of cigarettes, wasn't pleasant since we don't smoke and had 2 kids with us. The only thing I could mention when it comes to comfort was the dining table, it's far too big, once sofa bed unfolds you can't walk around, apart from that we loved everything.

The location is just perfect, swimming pool great for chilling, very friendly staff, I liked the idea of digital room key.

The pool was very small and dirty: given the number of people who use such a small pool at the same time, I had huge hygiene concerns as the water always looked muddy The photos of the pool advertised here don't match the reality The room gets very little amount of natural light The bathroom had molds in the shower edges

They WhatsApped us check-in instructions as we were arriving after 9pm but they sent us the details and entry code for SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM!!! We actually opened the door and entered this room, only to find it full of another guest's belongings!! Their so-called emergency number was just a long recorded message in Spanish, which we couldn't understand, so we had to find an alternative (& much nicer!) hotel for the night which was an extra cost for us. They eventually sent the correct instructions and entry code but too late for that night. Subsequently they ignored all messages and emails and even when Booking.Com intervened on our behalf, they refused to recompense us or offer any sort of compensation. The apartment building is not "opposite" the hotel, as stated, but rather some 200 yards down the road and this is where the "reception" is located with a staff member there during the day - but there is nothing at the "hotel" to tell you this, so we had no idea where the reception was. Our room was not serviced during our stay and we had to go in search of the apartment building to get some toilet rolls. And the air conditioning did not work either! Absolutely dreadful!

WE CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! IT'S NOT EVEN A HOTEL, JUST SOME ROOMS IN A BUILDING WITH NO STAFF. THEY SUPPLIED US WITH ANOTHER GUEST'S CHECK-IN DETAILS SO WE WERE ABLE TO ACCESS SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM - GOOD JOB WE'RE NOT BURGLARS!! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY IGNORE GUESTS AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR WELFARE.

The apartment was so nice to stay. The location is perfect to go around the historical area of Sevilla, but also calm and away from any noise to get a perfect rest. You get nice walks to places like Giralda or Alcazar.

The faux grass area was a bit smelly from other pets that had stayed there. The whole place didn’t feel particularly clean. There was no hot tub ( though advertised as open from end of March onwards) There was only parking for 1 car (we had 2) so we had to drive 16 minutes to get to their affiliate carpark. Didn’t feel that safe as the front door remains open throughout the night with no security.

We had a good size apartment, a double bed (two singles put together) plus two other single beds for our kids. A sofa with TV. 2 shower rooms and a little outside area with faux grass. Daniel on reception was informative, friendly and spoke excellent English which we appreciated very much.

they didn't see my reservation at all, they automatically sent me an email that the reservation was accepted. when I went to the hotel, the reception wasn't working, I arrived with my husband and two children (baby 7 months) at midnight, everything was closed. I asked a lady from a restaurant to help me find someone from the hotel, she came out to meet me, called the hotel, talked to them about the situation, where the man from the reception said that they didn't see our reservation, they don't have staff at the reception and that they will arrange for us to spend the night, but they don't have parking. so we couldn't stay in that hotel without parking. They canceled our reservation but not the payment. We did not use the service and now we need to pay them. that is very ugly. I wrote them an email, but nothing.

The room smelled a bit from the plumbing and with bo window in the bathroom it made it hard to sleep quietly and eliminate the smell.

Check in wasnt easy. I went to the wrong building and tried 3 different phone numbers before eventually I was told to come to another building. I know I wasn't the only one with this issue as I could hear people trying to get into the building from my room and even into my room during my stay. The bathroom floor was made of cheap material and was broken and had soaked in lots of water. The tv remote control didn't work and the tv was up too high to use the buttons. The coffee machine had to be moved to to beside the bed as there was no socket where it was. The air con only worked for an hour at a time. The hairdryer didn't work. Overall the room was hard to rest in as the noise from people coming and going was an issue. I didn't bother contacting staff to complain because it wasn't something they could change and anyway, check in was so difficult I decided not to bother!

Heavy outside door banging open and shut all night keeping us awake. Coffee machine which we could not work and no instructions on how to; the QR code was useless. Shower/toilet door wouldn't close, doors sticking on floor as badly aligned. Shower door kept coming off it's running rail. Outside patio was a small square of artificial grass at the bottom of a deep shaft, like being at the bottom of a very deep well. Window panel above room door let in light from the lobby which made it impossible to darken the room at night in order to sleep. Not really what we were expecting from the pictures and description on Booking.com. Although breakfast was included in the price it was not available! Hotel said no breakfast in January and February and they had told Booking.com about it!

Great location for the city. Very helpful staff, especially Daniel who was a star in organising a refund for us. Comfortable bed. Good value for money in the circumstances.

Only one minor irritation thar the apartment lacks a mirror or actually two. The mirrror in the bathroom is mounted too high to serve as a makeup mirror if youtake a chair in there, and you can not stand far enough back from for it to serve as a dressing mirror either, The inclusion of a full length dressing mirror and a make up mirror even a free standing one would really be a helpful addition as the property appears to have all the other bases covered.

The property is perfectly situated for my needs, It is kept well, the rooms were serviced daily even on a short stay and the staff from the reception to the ladies and gents who look after the rooms are all very helpful. Daniel I have to mention for carrying my two heavy bags to my room for me when I arrived and the lift was temporarily out of use, and who always greeted me by name each time I saw him. The apartments are very well equipped with everything fom a mirror to a coffee machine. Should I as I hope, return to return to Seville then I would have no hesitation in rebooking this property

The location is good only if you are travelling without the car. Otherwise old town Seville is a horror for driving and parking. The room was ok, as expected.

Turns out this is a hotel for gay people which I didn’t realise til it was too late. Scared too touch things in the room as they fell apart

Best beds and pillows I have ever slept on while on holiday, everyone got a great nights sleep. Staff were so helpful and chatty couldn’t ask for better customer service and having underground parking in the centre of Seville was an amazing bonus.

Did not respond to questions via booking. After several tries they responded our phone call. The hotel does not accommodate to the need of the guest. We badly needed to store our luggage 10 minutes to 9. They told us we couldn't because reception area opens at 9. Their breakfast times are 9:15 and 10:15. The first one was booked and we had a tour at 10. Therefore, they brought a few things to our room. Coffee was not among them. Would i go back again? Not really. We prefer hotels that are accommodating to the guest. Remember you the reader, this is our opinion only.

The hotel itself was good. It was clean, the location was good and the staff was very nice.

Everything is close to this apartment, the breakfast is nicely served, simple and not overdone. The pool was a nice perk as well at the end of a visiting day. Great stay in Seville!!
