Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hard foam pillows. I know some people like these but we found them hot and unyielding.
Location of hotel is amazing. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The decor in the main hotel is lovely, very old spanish style. The room was a little bare and not very welcoming, could do with some updating.

The room was spacious and clean with a terrace bathed in sunshine. I arrived very early on a Friday morning with the intention of just dropping off my bag at reception, but Rafael and the housekeeping team were quick to turn one of the rooms around for me, which was greatly appreciated. Rafael also informed me of the Sevilla Marathon, which took place on the Sunday of my stay, and was informative in general about the attractions in Sevilla. The hotel was on a relatively quiet street in a good location for all the nearby attractions.

Coffee machine was not quite to our liking. Looking around the hotel, we all felt that there was adequate room for a simple breakfast service.
Very comfortable bed, linen was fresh and clean and of very good quality.

Don Pedro is situated in the city centre. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

This property does have a lot of amenities. No ice, no in room tea or coffee and a very confusing entertainment system. Parking is a bit of a pain, not very close and easy to go to the wrong location. We found it a challenge to find.
Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Quaint hotel with good size rooms and large balconies. Staff were fantastic, friendly and informative.

I understand that for security reasons the key has to be handed to the staff before going out, but if you are in rush, waiting for the busy staff to go out or in can be uncomfortable.
The decoration was beautiful. The rooms are well distributed, the bathroom is comfortable and well equipped. The location is convenient, 15min walk to the Alcazar of Sevilla and main part of the center. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and nice.

I was surprised by the fact that we did not have to pay more for this hotel! It is situated in a very central location very close to excellent dining and transportation. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The lobby and decoration there seemed that it belonged to a five star hotel.

The hotel policy is they will keep the key if we go out and I was not aware of their cleaning service would still go in the room and clean ( we did not hang the Do Not Clean / Do Not Distrub sign ). But everything was left okay, just personally not keen on people coming in to the room when I do not expect it.
Friendly receptionists and respond to messages on Booking promptly.

We stayed only one night in this good hotel... wish we stayed more! Everything was fine. and it was a good price for Seville.
First: the staff! What a simpathy!! It is well located and have a nice neighborhood, near SETAS and city centre, and is a walk (15-20 minutes) from Santa Justa train station. An old palace transformed into a comfortable hotel. Bonus: they have a coffe/tea machine in the hall.

Unfortunately the hotel does not do food or drink. They have a very nice reception area but you cannot sit with a wine or beer after a day of sightseeing and relax in a communal area.
Hotel was very clean, room although basic was functional with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room I had was a little small.
A very cosy old-style hotel with extremely nice staff. I had a room with a very pleasant terrace. A little off the centre but close to walk there. Many bars and cafes in the area. 24h reception is a bonus!
