We asked to be moved after our first night, as we were disturbed by noise this was not an issue and was dealt with easily.

Very friendly accommodating staff, went out of their way for their guests! One young lady at reception ran down the road after us with our sunscreen and the same lady gave us great advice and recommendations when we went into Palma.

The breakfast room in the cellar. The coffee was horrible and the welcome drink was only a soft drink... The single room was very small and given the size, relatively expensive.

Nice and helpful staff, good central location and bicycles could be rented from the hotel. The room was clean and had a small balcony. Breakfast was ok and included sparkling wine.

We ordered 3 bed rooms but got a room for 2 people with 3 beds in it. So it was very little space but it’s ok cause most of the time we were at the playa. I also wasn’t a fan of the locations in the hotel we were 9 people with 3 rooms and got only 2 rooms together so we had to walk a lot to visit each other.

I really liked that the housekeeping was very kind and thorough. I also enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel because it was very close to the Ballermann

The only problem of the property is that it is located where hordes of German turists invade the Island wearing football jerseys and chanting football chores all day and all night long. Fun if you are one of them

The location (not the hotel) had a lot of German stag do groups not really suitable for a family holiday. Lots of drunk groups around the beach

Not a reflection on the hotel which was a lovely calm place, but the beach strip located by the hotel was very busy and didn't have good quality restaurants and cafe's, it is more a young persons party strip.

The hotel staff were fantastic both in terms of making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also going above and beyond helping my friend who lost her phone outside of the hotel when we were in Palma. The hotel is well designed and had a lovely atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend it.

the atm in the hotel charged €5 for any withdrawal. should be % of withdrawal or have an exchange facility if they want to charge a deposit for towels.

It was on the party strip so not the nicest area Room was quite small for 3 especially the balcony On the expensive side for what you get

There was a bad smell that was in the room sometimes. i don’t know why? Maybe the AC.

The choices were great and the Air conditioning was strong and the staff were very attentive.

The air conditioner in the room left a damp smell after it was on for a while.

The staff were very kind, the hotel was very clean, and the food available in the bar was great.

The hotel claims to be sustainable, but there are no sustainable drinking water options. you can’t even fill up a water bottle, they just sell plastic ones, even though they have a filter available at breakfast.
